My mum Maureen comes to day club now twice a week. The team are fabulous, Leanna on Tuesday has been fabulous with mum, intially just started on Tuesday but now visits 2 days inclusive of Friday. The club has been a life line for all of us involved in caring for mum. Its an absolute joy on Tuesday and
Friday to see a transformed mum, she becomes more chatty, smiles and is whitty, its a transformation we look forward to. Days out, crafts, singing and events celebrated she has loved it all. Mum loves her meals too, she looks forward to seeing Danny too. Its hard to fully write what the club has given back to Mum and us as a family. Thank you to each and everyone of you.

I chose to come to Rendlesham Care Centre after having hip replacement surgery for onward recovery. The staff are all lovely and so friendly and helpful. The place has a good feel about it. I was able to join in with activities which I really enjoyed. My room was sunny and contained all I needed for

My aunt's stay at Rendlesham Care Home has been a wonderful experience for her and myself. I can't find fauly in any area of her care here. Unfortunately, as her care needs have changed over the last few months, a closer home to me would mean I could see her more regularly. I can't say thank you enough

I had 2 weeks' respite at Davers Court after an operation. The care was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere is happy and relaxed and all residents seem to enjoy being there, for whatever reason. Activities each day were great, especially the chair exercises. I have come home feeling
so much better and able to continue to recover after the great care I have had in the last two weeks. It is a great place.

Thank you to Rendlesham Care Home. My mum enjoyed her three-week stay. Mum went into your care after having several falls at home. We are pleased to say she is now regaining her confidence. The staff and management have been brilliant, delivering very friendly expert care.
Reply from Rhiannon Freeman-Gray, Review Team at RendleshamThanks very much for taking the time to leave us this lovely review. It was great to have your mum staying with us, and we're delighted she's now feeling more confident following her falls. If there's ever anything else we can do to support her, please do get in touch!

I can't fault Leeaana and the day club team. From the home visit, to Nan's most recent visit the process has been really simple and her experience has been amazing. Nan loves coming to day club twice a week, and the transformation in herself has been a wonderful thing to see. Nan comes home with a smile
on her face and more chatty about the day. She especially enjoyed the trip to Needham Lakes and the most recent musician! Leeaana has been great through out, as Nan praises all the staff from the other carers around to the kitchen team (with a special shoutout to Danny, who she enjoys seeing each day). They always provide her with a delicious meal which she looks forward to everytime. Thank you all for you hard work and support.

My mum was made to feel instantly at home at the day club from the moment we arrived on our first taster day. Leeanna made sure mum was comfortable and went the extra mile to make mum feel like she had a new friend she could rely on. Mum's always greated with a friendly face and I can relax knowing
she is in good hands. From trips out to chocolate bingo with the group, mum's always enjoying herself and usually has a piece of cake in one hand and a cup of tea in the other.
Top marks from me.

Most care homes have standard rooms, standard furniture, en suite in the corner and glowing platitudes from the manager, so it really comes down to the quality of staff that deliver after you have taken the plunge. At Rendlesham you can feel the warmth when you walk through the door and the smiles tell
you all you need to know. The staff are not just doing a job, they genuinely care for thier patients. My partner has been there for 4 weeks and her cognitive awareness has improved more than could be achieved by any medication. With Care UK now having taken the reins, the future looks bright for this home and I am very pleased with my choice of home for my loved one.
Reply from Rhiannon Freeman-Gray, Review Team at RendleshamThank you so much for your lovely review - your kind words mean so much to the whole team. It's fantastic to hear that you find Rendlesham so warm and welcoming and that your partner's cognitive awareness has improved in the home. If there's ever anything more we can do for her or for you, please don't hesitate to ask.

This is a happy place, there is a calmness here with no pressure to get up or go back to your room - your life is as you would like it to be. The staff treat their residents with great care & respect & recognise when "things are amiss" before problems arise. Many experienced carers who are working well
together. The food is good, laundry done & back quickly (what's not to love), there is a lot of space to keep people active & interesting, and extra rooms to explore. Garden room, tea room, cinema, hair salon. I am here 2 weeks' respite following major surgery. I am my husband's carer, so we both stayed.

Moving my mum into a new care home was not an easy decision, especially as her previous home could no longer meet the needs of her advanced Alzheimer's. However, from the moment we arrived here, the different was clear. The staff immediately came across as warm, gentle, and genuinely caring. There's
a calm, compassionate approach that puts residents and families at ease. It feels natural and sincere. My mum is carefully monitored in a way that feels supportive rather than intrusive, and the environment is both safe and comforting. What stands out most is how the staff approach dementia care: residents are allowed to be themselves, even when that means living in their own reality. They are treated with patience and understanding, never dismissed. Above all, the respect shown to each resident's dignity is clear in everything they do. It gives me real peace of mind knowing my mum is in such a caring and thoughtful environment.

My husband was diagnosed with motor neurone disease last June and was given three months to live but because of the genuine care of the staff at Prince George House, I am grateful to God for giving him more time so I could spend more time with my beloved husband. He was cared for and loved by everyone
for six months at Prince George House. The staff from day one went above and beyond to ensure they prioritized what was important to my husband. There is a lovely atmosphere, very warm and friendly. The staff are wonderful and so helpful and the management team was outstanding, always very approachable, supportive and happy to help.
We're both happy, relaxed, and feels at home. It is a very high standard of cleanliness, food and activities.
Much respect and gratefulness for what you all do. Your compassion and hard work mean the world to me and my husband. Thank you all so much xxx

We recently moved our loved one to Prince George House and from the moment we walked through the door, it felt homely and welcoming. All the staff, without exception, have been so helpful in assisting us to settle our loved one into their new home. Extended family members have also visited and they
have all been very impressed with the home, it's cleanliness, the professionalism shown by every staff member and the way they have been made to feel so welcome. Whever we have visited we have been very pleased with the care provided to our loved one and we have seen the high standard of care provided to other residents too. There are a lot of activities taking place too. Although it has only been a a couple of weeks, our loved one is settled, very well cared for and Prince George House feels like home already for them.

What a wonderful care home in so many ways, from the staff-at all levels- to the purpose built property. The team are always engaged, attentive, kind and enthusiastic to provide excellent care for Mum, which really helps to support her with dignity in her final years.
The management team also have
an open "door" policy for both the residents and relatives that adds to that reassurance and peace of mind that the best care is achieved.
As I mentioned the building/rooms are of a high standard ,giving it the feeling of a home from home but with a hotel quality, as is the professional catering with many choices of excellent menus all produced on-site. A super touch is the coffee shop where you can meet together and even have a meal together. Laundry and maintenance teams add to provide an excellent overall standard. I'm happy to highly recommend the Brtten Court team.
