I knew as soon as I walked in Glastonbury Court that this was where my husbands new home is going to be. The staff were all so friendly & helpful! My husband has lived here for nearly 18 months and is very happy here which is all my family & myself could wish for. All staff including kitchen staff,
cleaners, carers & management always listen & go out of their way to help with anything we need/would like. I have recommended the home to friends.

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
My mother in law started at Cleves Place with 2 weeks respite, extended to 4 weeks and now permanent. Within a week or so of her being there, we could see a marked difference in her well being, she was eating well, managing to walk a few steps aided by the attentive carers, which she had not been able
to do while in her own home with visiting carers as they did not have the time. She looked healthier & happier.
We (all family & friends) have been made to feel really welcome at Cleves, & already feel like we've known the management, receptionist, carers, cleaners and all staff for years. They dealt with my mother in laws recent illness really efficiently, contacting doctors etc to make sure she got the care she needed quickly, constantly informing us of what was happening.
Cleves Place is a lovely, comfortable, clean & caring home & we are happy that mum is there. Many Thanks to all staff

My mother spent the last 3 years at Mills Meadow and passed away very peacefully last week. All the staff treated her with dignity and respect and showed her genuine affection throughout her time with them. We were extremely touched by the compassion and love shown to her and us, her family, on her
passing. The support given to us at this difficult time was much appreciated.
I cannot fault the management or staff and would not hesitate to recommend Mills Meadow to others.

My Aunt Val lived At Asterbury 3.5 years, she loved it. The staff was so friendly and kind to her.
Unfortunately she passed a few weeks ago and we had to pack up her room. The staff continuously came in wanting to help us with anything we needed and to offer their condolences.
When my Aunts condition
changed, I was immediately notified and updated with her condition. Wendy, the administrator even helped me v chat with Aunt Val.
I can't say enough how kind and compassionate the entire staff is at Asterbury.

I've only visited a couple of times so far, but each visit has been very reassuring. The home is clean, calm and well organised, and there's a genuinely kind and professional atmosphere about the place.
The staff I met were welcoming, helpful and clearly cared about the residents - nothing felt rushed
or impersonal. My aunt seems settled, comfortable and well looked after, which is exactly what you hope for in a care home.
The facilities and rooms are very good, and everything I saw was clean and well maintained. It gives real peace of mind knowing she is in a safe, supportive environment.
From what I've seen so far, the standard of care, dignity shown to residents, and overall management all appear excellent. I'm very grateful for how she is being looked after.

Wendy is absolutely brilliant, she has answered all our questions and assisted in mitigating our fears in relation to my Dad. Dad can be a real grump at times, yet some days can be a delight. Wendy and Nicky on his section navigate this with charm and smiles. The team work hard and navigate the tricky
world of dementia and care with patience. We are happy with how Dad has settled in and delighted he is making a few new friends. And to top it all my wife won a gift in the Christmas raffle, the handbag!!
