My wife was admitted for respite care and we were really struggling on how to cope with everything and leaving her in a new environment and not knowing anyone. I can honestly say that all the staff have been amazing and so caring towards my wife and helped her settle in really well. The manager has
been excellent at keeping us informed and helping us on such a difficult journey. He is always present on the unit and knows his residents really well. The activity staff are brilliant, organising games, music and crafts. Everyone from the catering staff, housekeeping, carers, admin team, maintenance men, and nurses are always cheerful and helpful. A special mention to the lady on reception who is always brilliant and cheerful.

After experiencing a couple of months, first in one hospital, then transferred to another hospital my sister was very confused and distressed. As I was. Your staff were very patient with both of us and slowly calmed the situation down. She has now settled in and is calmer (so am I). It is reassuring
to know she is now in the best place.

The management pulled out all the stops to find a palliative bed for my father-in-law. He was in their care for only 5 weeks, but was treated with kindness, respect and dignity. Special thanks to the nursing team who were always on hand for a chat or to give advice. I would not hesitate to recommend
Park View for your loved ones.

My beautiful Mum with dementia was admitted to Park View in January for respite care and we didn't know how we would be able to walk away leaving her there and even walking through the door. I spoke to the Manager and he was absolutely amazing reassuring me that my mum would be safe and extremely well
cared for and loved, convincing me that I had done the right thing as I was feeling guilty and a failure and giving me tips on how to leave her without upsetting my mum.
I cannot praise him enough and have seen how he is constantly out and about around the unit making sure that the highest standard of care is maintained at all times, observing the staff and getting to know all the residents.I know that my mum has settled in really well and loves seeing him. The wonderful receptionist has been so caring and helpful to us all. Likewise all the activity and entertainment team are brilliant, the carers and housekeeping team are so cheerful and caring towards all the clients too.
Reply from Abigail Draper, Customer Relations Team at Park View Care CentreThank you for such a heartfelt and moving review. We understand how difficult that first step can be, and we're so pleased that you felt reassured and supported during such an emotional time. It's wonderful to hear that your mum has settled in well and that the care, leadership, and warmth from the whole team have made such a positive difference. Your kind words will mean so much to everyone at Park View.

The staff here are so welcoming and friendly. The unit very clean and the patients are well cared for. There is plenty of opportunity's for the patients to still be as independent as they can be and the support from the staff is fantastic. They run activities and keep the patients occupied well. I am
very pleased with the service they provide.

I am more than pleased with the nursing home. Its friendly, clean and modern. The staff are great and very friendly and helpful. The residents are well looked after, with entrainment to stimulate their minds and exercise for their bodies where possible. The food is very good and tasty (I have had lunch
there myself). With a good selection of juice.

I would like to start by thanking all the staff for their continued support and care provided for my Mother.
Emily had moved to this care home after not really adjusting well in another place but since her move to Maidstone Care Center her whole well being has changed and she has settled in well to
her new surroundings.
The Team are fantastic they support her and needs extremely well and my family and myelf are really impressed with continued effort and support they put in every day.
The whole experience of trying to get a person with complex needs to settle in unfamiliar surrounding was always going to be challenging but the staff and the management teams took it in their stide and deliver exceptional care and high standards.Whenever a family memeber visits they always comment on how good the facilities are so we know that my mother is in the best place .
Thankyou to all at Maidstone Care Center for their continued dedicated support.

I have nothing but praise for the staff at Maidstone Care Centre. My wife spent her final days there and although in great pain the nursing and care made her time as comfortable as possible. Their patience while trying to encourage her to eat was remarkable and of great comfort to the family as we know
she was in good hands. She is now at peace but greatly missed by us.

My mother was at Park View for over 4 years. Initially, the experience was not so good, and she had several falls, had to go to A&E, and this set her back. Management at the time was weak, but she was well cared for by the staff. There was a subsequent high turnover in the manager position, but this
stabilised and the current post holder is doing an excellent job. Throughout my mum's stay, the staff have been kind and loving. At the end, the experience was exceptional, and the kindness and support I received was overwhelming.

The staff at the Withens have looked after my mother since April 2025. She is bedridden and very deaf, but the carers and all other staff treat her well, making sure she understands what they are saying. She is comfortable and stays in her bed most of the time, and looks forward to visits from her family.
Her room is a good size with room to make it look homely. All staff are always happy to help with any queries or observations we have. Very pleased with the care and support.

Mum has been at the Withens about a yr now. In that year I have found them caring and thorough. Mum has dementia and health issues and can be very hard work at times but they just carry on normally giving the excellent care they always have. She has a lovely room where she can look out the window at
the farm animals across the road. There has been staff changes recently and this has confused her a little as Brian (home handy man) no longer says hello in the morning and she misses this but it's getting easier. The entertain over the Christmas period was amazing with lots of fun things in the calendar for the December month. Although mum didn't attend all the things when she was there she enjoyed watching everyone take part. I can't thank the carers enough for the care, consideration and patience when looking after mum.
Reply from Abigail Draper, Customer Relations Team at Withens Nursing HomeThank you for your thoughtful and honest review. We're so pleased to hear that your mum continues to receive caring, patient, and thorough support, and that she enjoys her room and surroundings. It's lovely to know the Christmas activities still brought her enjoyment. Your kind words about the carers mean a great deal and will be shared with the whole team.

We are so pleased that we chose Park View Care Home for our brother's care. All of the staff are caring and seem to remember everyone's name. He always seemed to be very happy there, which was such a relief to us as a family. When he was on end-of-life care, we stayed with him constantly with lots of

My wife has been a resident at Park View Care Centre for over a year. I am very pleased with the care and attention she has received in that time. The management, nursing and caring staff are very friendly and keep her amused. The food is excellent, just like home-cooked. Her room is regularly cleaned

My mother stayed for a week's respite in October.
This was the first time she had been in a care home and we were very anxious.
However, the staff and the management made us feel so welcome, they were understanding and sympathetic.
Mum enjoyed her stay and made new friends. She's already talking
about her next visit.
The home was so clean and warm.
There was plenty of activities and mum enjoyed the food (especially her puddings).
Would definitely be back.
Would recommend to anyone.
Thank you so much for taking such good care of mum and for giving us peace of mind and a well earned break from caring for mum.
