Every thing seems fine

Very polite staff and very welcoming

i have visited my friend on numerous occasions. Each time she has been well looked after and appears to be content. she is bed bound but her hair and personal hygiene is clean and well managed. She is peg fed so I cannot comment on her diet.

When I look online they do show photographs of events going on. So it's nice the people that are there can do interesting things, painting, quizes, games in and out of the garden, making pizzas, so it keeps there mind's active.

The care home have gone above and beyond not just my mum but the whole family visiting. They checked on us all and gave us our privacy when needed. Unfortunately, Mum was not in the home for long as was poorly. The staff are fantastic. The best care for my mum.

After BQ was over then inside they had entertainment from a lady from outside the home, residents was joining in lovely to see, manager and all staff are turning it around and its a welcoming - friendly place to be.

We have just had a great time with mum enjoying an afternoon in the garden having a bbq organised by the manager and wonderful staff. Followed by entertainment in the lounge. Its nice to see that they involve some of the residents in the running of these events. We have noticed in the last few months a lot of changes around the home for the better. Keep up the good work.

Dad has now been a resident for 4 weeks and has settled in well. The staff are kind, caring and he is happy.

My Nan was at Maidstone Care Centre & the staff all went above and beyond. Not only for Nan but for the whole family. They took time to explain everything to us & ensured my Grandad had what he needed when visiting. Thank you to all the staff, you truly were there at our time of need and we can't thank you enough.

I am very happy with the service my dad got plus I was made welcome too and nothing was to much of a problem. This is a five star care home in my opinion and anyone should not have any problems with love ones going in to the home

We have had a few issues with my brothers behaviour but the staff and everyone have been amazing. The home is lovely, clean and welcoming.

Knowing that my Dad is happy and well looked after means the world to us. We are incredibly grateful for everything the team does and would highly recommend this care home to anyone looking for exceptional care for a loved one.

The staff and manager Darren have been very kind and considerate towards my brother, who had very aggressive behaviour. Darren has spoken to us about his behaviour and we fully understand what they are up against but he has gone above everything to keep him in the home, which my sisters and I are most grateful.

Looking for the right home is hard, but as soon as I walked into the lobby, I received a warm welcome with a cup of tea from the manager. Having looked around several homes, this one stood out. All the staff greeted me warmly. My husband has settled in well, and the staff are both kind and compassionate to both me and him as we get used to a different life. He is always immaculately dressed, and a lovely menu is on offer every day. He has a bright, large bedroom, and everywhere feels calm and relaxed. I am so grateful for finding this place and feeling like I can let go and trust he is being well looked after. Thank you to everyone who works together to make this place a home.

My mother has been a resident at Park View Home for seven months. The experience has been very positive. All the staff are kind, patient and attentive, taking time to get to know her and I feel happy as I know she is very well cared for. Park View is a lovely, clean, comfortable and welcoming home for all residents and their families. The food looks and smells good and they are varied. The staff keep me up to date with Mum's health and care, for which I am deeply grateful. I would and do recommend Park View Care Home to other families, who are looking for a supportive, compassionate environment.

My sisters and me met with the manager this morning. Very positive meeting about our brother. The manager was very understanding and kind. We had a good outcome and we are happy that our brother will stay in the care home.

My nan is well looked after at Park View. She is on the dementia suite. Staff engage with her well and encourage her to join in on activities which she enjoys. Staff are aware of how important family is to my nan and know of our family so can talk to nan about us when we are not there and this gives her reassurance. The home always smells clean, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I also get to have meals with my nan when I visit. Nan always looks well looked after. She is very happy there. Staff always show support to us. It was a difficult decision to make to move Nan into a home, but Park View helped us with this process and it was the best decision.

Mum has been resident for less than a month. Her experience has been excellent, and has exceeded our expectations from the initial visit to her moving into her room. She is well cared for and everyone is helpful and polite. We have introduced a whiteboard for all the staff to communicate with Mum as she is profoundly deaf. This has been very successful and we have noticed that staff leave sweet little messages and pictures on it. Thank you Park View for making Mum's life so comofrtable and happy.
