Our nursing and care staff work in this sector because we genuinely want to help and care for others - it's at the heart of everything we do. Your comments matter to us, and we would appreciate the opportunity to discuss any specific concerns so we can better support family and residents in the future.We understand that the home is not purpose-built, which means that some rooms may be smaller than what newer facilities offer.
