My mum always receives the utmost care and has done for the 12 months she has lived at Melwood Grange. She is happy and well looked after and her needs are always met. She recently had a need to see the visiting GP, over and above regular appointments, and we were kept informed from the staff. Mum often
talks about her interactions with her carers, but also management and other day to day staff, all in a positive light. We couldn't be more happier with Melwood Grange and how they support mum.

I have been in Courtland Lodge for 8 months as respite care with a view to going home eventually. This followed a period of 12 weeks in hospital, where I was finally diagnosed with Parkinson's.
Day care staff have been attentive and caring, night staff seem to be a bit under sourced with long waits
to receive attention, never less care remains top priority.

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
JC cared for my mum for a year. They made a time that could have been so hard, all the easier due to their love + care they showed. Mum quickly thought of JC as her home, as did we. The activities team are brilliant, finding so many activities to engage with residents. The day mum died, the love + respect
the staff showed to us, but more importantly mum, was truly beautiful. I would recommend JC to everyone.
They gave me back the mum / daughter relationship that had slipped due to me having to be her carer. Thank you to the whole team. You really was a godsend at such difficult time.
Reply from John Joannides, Corporate Services at Jubilee CourtThank you for your lovely review and for trusting Jubilee Court with your mum's care. My mum lived at Jubilee Court while she was living with dementia. I cannot speak highly enough of the care she received. She settled in well and genuinely enjoyed her time there which meant the world. The staff are exceptionally kind, patient and caring treating residents with dignity and respect. The
home is warm and welcoming not only for residents but also for families it is clean and well-maintained. There is a wide range of activities giving residents lots of opportunity to stay engaged and where appropriate trips out are thoughtfully organised. The management team truly stand out in understanding and always accessible. Their support and communication gave us great reassurance. The care home provides a safe caring positive environment I am deeply grateful for the care mum received.

I always find the staff very attentive and caring. The staff in reception are particularly friendly and always make me very welcome. I know my mum particularly enjoys the entertainment and she loves the fact that the carers always have a laugh and a joke with her. I particularly enjoy bringing mum down
to the reception area where we can have a private chat and make a drink and delicious cake!!!

My mum had to leave willow court today. The fact that she didn't want to leave speaks volumes as mum has dementia and finds it hard to settle.
After a hospital stay mum was placed at willow court and the care, compassion and attention she received was second to none.
Every team member was amazing
and delivered excellent care, special thank you to Sharon and David who really went above and beyond.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for us. We will miss you.
Reply from John Joannides, Corporate Services at Willow CourtThank you for your lovely review. We're so please that your mum enjoyed her stay with us here at Willow Court. Your review means a great deal to the staff in the home. Wishing you and your mum all the very best!

My dad moved into Mountbatten Lodge 10 mths before we sadly lost him in march. We as a family cudnt have asked for a better home and staff to trust with our dad. Some of the staff we became so close with which helped us a great deal some days..we will always be grateful for their amazing staff and care
they gave to him. You wouldn't want your loved one in a better home than this. They are treated with such love and dignity and visitors are too. Everything they do is with a smile on their face..the residents are so happy here and my wonderful dad was too
Reply from John Joannides, Corporate Services at Mountbatten LodgeThank you for your lovely review. We're so pleased that you're happy with the care your father received at the home, tempered with sadness for your loss. Your review will mean a great deal to the staff at Mountbatten Lodge. Again, thank you for taking the time to leave the home a review.

I would like to thank Connie and her team for being in the reception area to welcome Mum back to Willow Court after the fire. Although she was quite happy at Fosse House she was pleased to be going back to her friends and the staff at Willow House. As soon as she walked through the door and saw her
friends she was smiling and more relaxed. Mum has settled into her nice new room and is taking part and enjoying the Christmas festivities.
Reply from Debbie Gilard, Head of Corporate Services at Willow CourtThank you so much for taking the time to share this lovely review. We know how unsettling the period following the fire was, and it means a great deal to hear how positively your mum's return to Willow Court has been. Connie and the whole team were delighted to welcome her home, and it was wonderful to see her reunited with her friends and settling so quickly. We're pleased she is enjoying her new room and getting involved in the Christmas festivities. Thank you again.

The staff at the home have really helped and supported my Auntie to settle in.
I am pleased with the service so far she has had a lot of activities that she has been part of and is lovely to see how happy she is.
She has also made a friend which is lovely.

First time visiting, what a lovely surprise, nice welcome from the lady at reception. Was taken through to the area where residents were singing and playing instruments, with a wonderful carer, leading the session. Afterwards, had a look around the dining area, where we sat and relaxed, everyone was
so pleasant, nothing was too much trouble. Was shown to her room, which was very personal to her, with photos on the wall of family and personal bits and bobs. The place itself is spotless, safe and secure. Have left there knowing my relative is in safe hands. Thank you.
Reply from Debbie Gilard, Head of Corporate Services at Garden City CourtThank you for your kind feedback. Mum was at Vesta Lodge in St. Albans for almost three years with Dementia in the Willow area. I was very happy with her care. She always had a smile on her face which says something about mum but also about the care she received. It's not easy to place a loved one into a care home but the staff were
wonderful. When she passed you could tell the affection they had for her. Thank you Vesta.
Reply from Debbie Gilard, Head of Corporate Services at Vesta LodgeThank you for your kind feedback. We're pleased to hear that your mum was happy and well cared for during her time at Vesta Lodge, and your comments about our team mean a great deal to us. We know how difficult it is to place a loved one into care, and we're grateful for the trust you placed in Vesta Lodge. My dad was released from hospital in August. Due to medically not fit to return home, Pinewood looked after him with great care. Processed my dad to get mobile, be clean and not bedbound. Your seniors, admin and head of home are 5-star and I cannot complain about any staff.
Reply from John Joannides, Corporate Services at Pinewood LodgeThank you for your kind review. We're glad that your dad improved during his stay with us and that you were happy with the care he received at the home. We're grateful to you for taking the time to write and submit this review. It will mean a lot to the staff at Pinewood Lodge.
