Staff are friendly and understanding, helpful, and professional. When we visit, we always receive a warm welcome.

Both my parents had the privilege of living at the Depperhaugh and were fortunate enough to be able to share a double room. The care provided to both of them was excellent and the respect afforded them both was beyond our expectations. We as a family were supported by all members of staff throughout their residence and beyond. We cannot recommend the Depperhaugh and in particular the manager, Debbie highly enough

We particularly like the way my mum is spoken to as an adult and not talked down to.

We feel this is my mum's home and not 'a home', and we are always given a warm welcome by staff when we visit.

I always find Allonsfield and the staff very welcoming on my frequent weekly visits. Everyone is on hand to answer any questions I may have regarding my relative, as she can not verbally communicate. Residents have the freedom to go outside and to other parts of the home, when they wish, which make a difference to mood and wellbeing.

All the staff I encountered were pleasant + friendly. Most importantly, my friend with dementia was happy, clearly content & very well cared for.

I am so pleased we chose Allonsfield House for Mum at a time when we desperately needed help and support. The care is fantastic and there is such a lovely, family atmosphere. From the time a member of the team came to assess Mum and ever since, we have felt relaxed knowing Mum is getting the best possible care. The home is well run and managed with regular friends & family meetings, lots of activities for the residents and a great team of very friendly and supportive staff. Mum has settled in well and made friends which is so lovely to see. Well done Allonsfield!

I have to say what a fantastic care home, the staff are extremely caring, kind and patience. We have been to see our friend who resieds at Yaxley and can't believe how well, content and happy she looks .

My father has been a resident at this care home for nearly two years. Sadly, he has Alzheimer's disease, and before finding this home we tried several others where he never truly settled.

The care provided here is outstanding. The staff are kind, patient and genuinely caring, always treating my father with dignity and understanding. Knowing he is safe, happy and well looked after gives our family enormous peace of mind.

We also enjoy seeing the activities residents take part in and keeping up with them through the home's social media updates.

A special memory was when I ran the London Marathon to raise money for Alzheimer's causes. The team organised a "Marathon Day" for my father, helping him feel involved in both the run and fundraising. It was a thoughtful gesture that went far beyond our expectations

We are incredibly grateful to the whole team and would wholeheartedly recommend the home.

My mum has been living here for five months and I couldn't be happier with the care she receives. She has dementia and is sadly deteriorating, but every member of staff treats her with kindness, patience and genuine compassion.

The care is excellent, the food is good, and it's clear that everyone, from the carers to the maintenance team, truly cares about the residents. I am always made to feel welcome whenever I visit, which gives me great reassurance.

Knowing Mum is safe, supported and cared for so well gives our family real peace of mind. Thank you to Tracey and all the wonderful staff.

After moving from another care home due to closing down Mum and Dad were a little uncertain at first. But the staff were very good, and soon made them feel at home. The care they were given was very professional and all their needs were met. Sadly they passed away within 16 days of each other and the staff and carers made their final days comfortable and dignified and for that we thank them very much.

A good standard of care is given everyday with friendly and helpful staff with lots of activities for residents to join in with or stay in comfort in own clean rooms .Always helpful staff around when visiting which is a comfort for relatives

Dad has a new lease of like and thoroughly enjoying himself. I know he is safe now and that has given me peace of mind.

A very dear family friend is a resident at Yaxley House, and I felt compelled to share just how truly wonderful this care home is.

Set in an idyllic location on the Norfolk/Suffolk border, Yaxley House is a warm, welcoming and very special place.

The entire team is absolutely brilliant - from the Support Workers and Catering Team to Activities, Domestic and Maintenance. Everyone is always cheerful, friendly and happy to help, no matter what you ask of them. Nothing ever seems too much trouble.

The home has also recently welcomed a lovely new Manager, whose door is always open and who is always happy to listen.

It is so reassuring to know that our family friend is surrounded by such kind and caring people.

Thank you, Yaxley House. You are all truly wonderful, and everything you do is so very much appreciated!

My dad Clifford from day one was made so welcome, we as a family are so happy dad is living at Spring Lodge, you can see how the staff support his care needs and how our dad has settled into the home over the last 8 months. The nurses, chefs, carers and management all make this such a lovely place for my dad to live, Simon the gardener always keeps the garden looking lovely.

The most welcoming and caring environment. We were welcomed to join Nanny for lunch, which was very lovely, especially the lemon meringue pie! So pleased Nanny is in such an amazing environment with the best staff.

The work of all the staff was exemplary.

We have felt very involved from the beginning and it seems that nothing is too much trouble.
