Excellent care provided by all the staff. Well managed & always notified of anything. Always helpful when asking any questions relating to my uncle. Thank you to everyone.

Enjoy coming for coffee. Staff very friendly. Residents all look happy and clean. Come to the activities and shows, I really enjoy them. Staff work very hard and are very welcoming.

On arrival staff were very helpful and polite. Caring attitude towards patient was very obvious from the start. Respect and caring attitude towards end of life patient was much appreciated. Some ratings were not filled in as it was our first visit and we had no knowledge of the questions asked.

My mother has dementia. I never expected to find a home which would fulfill my wishes but Wulfrun Rose has exceeded all expectations. The staff are kind and very approachable; they take care of the relatives as well as the residents. My mother is content and acknowledges that she is in a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment.

In short, my Aunt is now 'Living Her Best Life'!!

What a joy to find a care home that lived up to its name CARE. From the moment my husband and I stepped through the doors we were treated like royalty. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help.

Mum is happy to share her day with the other residents she has made friends with by chatting, watching TV and singing which she loves to do. The staff encourage these pastimes and add many more including hairdressing.

My sister is very happy with the care she receives. She enjoys all the activities the staff work at providing. They all work hard at keeping everyone safe and happy.

This is the first time I have experienced admiting a family member in a nursing home. My mother has been at Priestley Rose nursing home for nearly 2 month and I have to say it is absolutely fantastic. The care is first class and all the staff have a smile, and the home is lovely and clean. It is such a relief to know she is getting fabulous care. My husband came to Meadow Rose 4 months ago after a bad experience in a previous home and a 3 month hospital stay. It was a very difficult time for both of us. I have to say from the very first visit I felt this was the right place. The staff are wonderful - patient, kind and professional. He even went out on a day trip which is something I never believed would be possible. The activity team looked after him so well and he had a wonderful time. I'm finally able to relax knowing he is being well cared for. I cannot recommend this Home highly enough.

Choosing a care home for Mom was daunting, but the staff here made it seamless. Their genuine warmth, pristine facilities, and dedicated daily support give our family complete peace of mind. Highly recommend!

My mum moved into the nursing part of the home after a long hospital stay. Since moving to the home she feels at home and is really happy with all the care she receives from the excellent and extremly friendly staff. She is also really enjoying the excellent food.

I became a volunteer visitor after having such a good experience originally visiting a resident. There is always a warm welcome on entry because of someone on reception which sets the tone. All staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming, Residents are treated with dignity and respect and are given to believe nothing is too much trouble. When speaking to residents They speak very fondly and highly of The carers. Rooms are kept nicely and homely and always clean. Corridors/passages are kept empty to allow for easy passage along them, clean and fresh looking. The manager is friendly and professional and respected, is obviously doing a really good job

Concerns regarding basic hygiene care , today there was poor cleaning, soiled sheets left in room , state of our mom left in soiled seating and with excrement in and around equipment, carpet in room heavily soiled not good care why.

The home is like a five star hotel, always clean, comfortable, and it has a lovely, friendly atmosphere. Knowing my Dad was safe, and well cared for gave me real peace of mind. I am so grateful for everything the team did for Dad often going above and beyond to make a difference. Thank you all for your compassion, dedication, and the wonderful care you provided.

My cousin is so well looked after. All the staff are so welcoming and very hard working. On Saturday 6th Junes was a lovely afternoon singer so very good (D Day). The staff got everyone involved. A very enjoyable afternoon had by all.

Cannot fault Sutton Rose Care Home in any way. Cannot find faults if I tried.

We both attended the monthly Friday coffee morning and as always enjoyed ourselves very much. The event is free with refreshments provided and as always the entertainment was inclusive and enjoyed by us all as we listened to and joined in with a great range of favourite songs. Previously we have joined in crafting actvities, quizzes and games too. The staff are brilliant and have a great understanding of dealing with dementia behaviours with humour & sensitivity. Its also a great way to meet new friends who are dealing with similar life experiences and to support each other!
