My parents moved into Sutton Rose in September 25. The move was made as easy as possible with every request supported without any moans or groans. When dad died in January the staffs support for my mum and the rest of the family was exemplary. Knowing mum is now amongst lots of new friends in a loving,
caring environment has taken away so much anxiety about her quality of life.
Reply from Rosie Boshell, Customer Relations Executive at Sutton Rose Care HomeThank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. We are pleased to hear that the move into Sutton Rose was made as smooth and supportive as possible, as we understand how important that transition can be for families. We are also truly grateful for your kind words about the team's support during such a difficult time for your family. Providing compassionate care and a warm, supportive environment for both residents and their loved ones is at the heart of everything we do. It is wonderful to know your mum has settled well, formed new friendships and feels part of our caring community.

A generally positive impression of both management and staff have been gained since my relative took residence in Wulfrun Rose from October 2024. The home provides a safe and dignified environment for my relative, who is generally happy with the assistance and services he receives. Food quality and

Willow Rose made a potentially difficult move very easy. All the staff go above and beyond and see beyond the dementia to the man my dad was. They are quick to act when something is needed and pro active with his care. The room, facilities and care make this a homely place to live. Thank you

As a resident of Wulfrun Rose for the past 15 months, I would comment that I am generally happy with Wulfrun Rose, although in my opinion, there are some areas for improvement. These include the rooms being excessively warm during all seasons, with limited air ventilation. Lack of visits by management
to my room to enquire of my welfare is also consistently a negative. Food quality and variety appear to have recently improved. Carers and nurses are very good and attend to my daily needs on a regular basis.

Firstly , may I say how appreciative I am of the care , friendliness of every member of staff at Austin Rose
When first arriving , I was very happy to see that Margaret's room was very spacious , extremely clean and the fact that it was Margaret's birthday , the staff had decorated her room with balloons
and Happy Birthday favours , which was a lovely welcoming gesture , which was very thoughtful .
In view of it being a respite stay I only visited twice . , but on the second visit Mag was bright and cheerful , which was heartening .
I know she enjoyed the food and was very comfortable there .
I would like to offer my thanks to the staff who, were very attentive and so polite
I'd like to give my personal thanks to Nafreeza, Mandi( it could be Marci the house manager) , Aimee and Nelson
Thank you and God Bless -
