On entrance to the building - all sfety procedures followed, very welcoming staff, showed me where to go. My friend is very happy living in the home. The room was clean. She is content with her surroundings and feels happy walking round the residental home to meet other residents. All staff were friendly
and obviously had good relationships with the residents. Lovely pictures on the walls for the residents to see. A good range of activities for residents. Very clean. Excellent staff.

My aunt has been a resident just over a year, and she is very happy at Holbeach Meadows. The staff are all very friendly and professional, and have built up a great relationship with her. They offer and encourage her with personal care, and they are always willing to have a chat with her, which is very
important to Ann. Staff are always welcoming when i visit, and the management team are very responsive and proactive. I get regular updates, and im kept informed regarding any health needs and appointments. The activities programme is fantastic for all and the events are so well planned and families are always welcome and included.

Cloverleaf Nursing Home

Overall we were very pleased wtih the care mum received. Just prior to moving to the home mum's health, weight & mental state were declining (in the first home she was in). The improvement in the first week at Cloverleaf was stiking as she put on weight, was happy & managed to walk again (with frame)
for the first time since her hip operation - something we had started to think was impossible. This I think was down to the attentiveness & friendliness of the staff, who kept a close eye on her & fully attended to her needs.

Oh my God, what can I say? This place is fabulous the stuff is so friendly nothing is too much trouble. The place itself is like a five star hotel the care that is given to my 97-year-old mother is top-notch.. I cannot fault anything, the food is absolutely fabulous. Jack takes so much care overall

Oadby Manor Care Home is a warm & welcoming home. Since my mother has been here, the staff have been amazing showing care, support & love. everything they do for mum & all the other residents.

It can be very daunting, putting parents into care it's a complete new world for everyone. After initial teething problems that were expected, my parents are now settling. The help from all the staff has been second to none. From the reception to the manager. The care shown, even from the gardener and
the hairdresser is first class. They are all there to help and do! My parents are eating very well and the activities are available daily. It's a first class cruise ship on the ground!

Following a disastrous respite week at another care home in the area last October the whole family were nervous about choosing another one but being a 24/7 carer for my husband with dementia impacting on my health I needed to plan a break. Initially we started with day care once a week at T.B.C.Home.
The staff are amazing and all care is person centred.
Many activities, cheerful environment throughout (even a sports bar) yet quiet spaces for those who choose not to socialise at any given time.
My husband has made friends and just finished a successful week's respite. He came home happy and almost rejuvenated by his stay. The day care continues and plans for another respite stay are in place (2 weeks).
What makes T.B.C.H. special is not just the great facilities and its location but the whole team from Manager downwards. They all care about the people in their charge and try to accommodate everyone's needs. They treat their residents as their family! Thank you TBCH 5 stars from us.

Overall, I am happy with the room given. My husband is very emotional, so he gives the impression he is unhappy, but I think after 6 months here, he's finally settled.
He does enjoy the social activities, and I am pleased he is encouraged to join in
I think he is not always offered enough to drink,
but I think he does enjoy his meals.
Reply from Jenny Bellwood, Marketing Director at Holbeach Meadows Care HomeThank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that your husband has begun to settle in and is enjoying taking part in the social activities available.
We also appreciate your comments regarding hydration. Please be assured that fluid intake is closely monitored by our team, with daily oversight from management to ensure all residents are meeting their individual hydration and nutritional targets. Any concerns or targets not being met are investigated promptly and addressed to ensure the appropriate support is put in place.
We are glad to hear your husband is enjoying his meals, and we always welcome feedback from residents and their families. Our management team operates an open-door policy, and we encourage you to raise any concerns or questions with us directly so we can continue to provide the highest standard of care and support.
Thank you again for your valued feedback and continued trust in our team.
