My stay at Lindley Park was for rehab/respite care followup a fractured pelvis. All the staff were friendly and obliging and nothing was too much trouble. I was discharged from Lindley Park feeling well cared for and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if needed.

The reception, grounds and car park are always well kept. Staff are very pleasant and easy to talk to. My mum always looked well dressed and well cared for when I visited. from the very beginning the staff took responsibility for medication etc and it is such a relief to know that mum would be safe and cared for. Mum's moving in day was very stressful but staff did everything possible to help and reassure. An excellent home.

I have been visiting my friend for about 9 months, I come every week & have never had any problems with the home. Everyone from the receptionist to the cleaners are always pleasant and welcoming. My friend's room + bathroom are always spotless + if my friend requires anything, she only has to ask + it's sorted for her. The food is very tasty, I stay for lunch and have never had anything that wasn't nice. Very good value for money (I pay £6 for a 3-course meal). All the carers are lovely and friendly and respect all the residents, which is lovely to see and they interact with them always.

As my mother in laws health has declined over the past two months we have been kept fully informed about the decisions that needed to be made. The staff are kept up to date on each shift to ensure that her care is continued. She is checked on very regularly by staff that treat her with the utmost kindness, compassion and ensuring that her dignity is kept. All staff have been informed of her dietary needs and keep to the requirements at all times. Whenever we visit her room is clean and tidy. All the staff are friendly and approachable whatever their role. All in all we couldn't wish for any-thing more,

Absolutely terrible time with the care home. The surroundings are beautiful and they certainly talk the talk. We took my mum in for a week respite. During that time , they failed to give her one of her medication (inhalers) knowing she has lung cancer. An ambulance was called for her during her time there as a result. Aside from that, they did not send home with her the controlled drugs we provided, care records were inaccurate, if I'm honest I could go on a while. The outcome was a formal complaint to the home and a report to the CQC.

Dad has been in Bingley Park now for just over a year on the 1st floor dementia unit. His stay has not been without challenges but we are getting there. Staff have come and gone but there are also staff who have been there from the beginning and I can not thank them enough for the care, support, kindness and dedication they have shown to both me and my father. Under the previous manager I had seen a decline in the home but since Vicky started there has been significant changes. Activities are now more or less daily. Staffing levels are up. The home itself and bedrooms are much cleaner. Laundry is improving too. The home is so warm and light with plenty of space and lovely decor. Gardens are so welcoming, spacious and lovely to sit in. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and I can not thank them enough. Well done Vicky you are doing an amazing job, getting the home back to where it was a year ago. And thank you to all you wonderful staff for looking after my father you do amazing

We as a family couldn't be more impressed with the care our Mum and Dad were given during their time at Toray Pines. The home is bright, cheerful, welcoming with a family friendly atmosphere. ALL the staff are amazing, nothing was to much, their time and care was appreciated by us and especially Dad. We've had a fantastic rapport with the staff and could chat, ask for advice whenever we needed.

My parents came to live at York Manor in May and the staff are excellent. So friendly, understanding and caring. They have made both myself and my parents so welcome. I am so glad that I chose York Manor for them to stay in. So far I have no complaints and would definitely recommend the home to others.

The care and dignity that my father received from York Manor was unexpected. My preconceptions of nursing homes had been influenced by negative press to be honest. It was a very difficult decision for me to make,so my first impression was obviously the appearance of the place and the approachability of the staff. I have absolutely no negative issues with York Manor quite the opposite, the nursing staff went over and above the call of duty when looking after my father and the management looked after me when my father was coming to the end of his life. There are no words that can express my gratitude. Dad was looked after and as a result my own health improved. Thank you York Manor my family and I truly appreciate your care.

Staff are very friendly to our youngest daughter who is 5 1/2 who visits her grandpa. Lovely to have a snack station and the rabbits. Always clean and tidy reception.

Dad has been at York Manor for about a month. I am so grateful for the time the staff have taken to get to know him and me and the care they show. Dad took a little while to settle but the staff and management went out their way to help. I visit almost every day and am consistently impressed with the way the staff interact with the residents and the good atmosphere in the home. It is also always clean and welcoming. Thanks so much team, I am incredibly grateful to you all.

My mother's condition was rapid in development and needed constant review to best support her (on average) 6 week deterioration cycle. The care home were very responsive, in constant communication with her GP and her dementia specialist team. We could not (as a family) have asked for a better care environment.

Mum feels so safe & happy here now. The home are always organising events which, although she doesn't remember she thoroughly enjoys at the time. Mum feels that this is the best place for her to be.

Thank you to all at Toray Pines for their care of my husband who comes once a week for daycare. I have met with nothing but kindness and understanding from all the staff when dropping him off and collecting at the end of the day. N. is always greeted by name and welcomed even though I know how busy staff are. The food is plentiful and varied and I know N. appreciates it very much. Thank you all for your care, varied activities, meals and general friendliness and kindness to us both.

Mum settled in very quickly and made friends very quickly. The staff were always pleasant, polite and friendly and treated her with friendship and dignity in equal amounts. We are delighted that she has no steps or staircases to manoeuver. All in all a great start to this new chapter of her life

When I came to visit my uncle for the first time, from the outside, I could see the home looked good, brand new and safe. When I was let in the staffs greeted me with a smile, and showed me to the lift, told me what floor and room number my uncle was in, I could see the home was clean. My uncle was happy to be there. He told me that the staffs are really good to him, in every way even though he's only been in a week, lovely room with an en suite, nice lounge dining area and kitchen choice of food, staffs available at all times.
