My friend came to yourselves about a month ago. My friend has settled in very well and all the staff go above and beyond for the residents here. Staff are very caring and kind and are friendly to the visitors too. It has a very homey atmosphere and the food is beautiful and home-cooked. Also an array
of options. Couldn't be better and it's more than 10/10 for everything.

My father was staying for end of life care, and throughout his stay, the staff were always kind, welcoming and very caring towards him and the whole family.
They encouraged his independence throughout, and as a family, we enjoyed time with him because of this. The room and garden were a lovely space
to visit, which we did every day.
The team's care was excellent, and I thank them all. I would highly recommend this facility to others.

This care home is exceptional. Care being the optimum word. Every need is met, nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Comfort and security assured. In my experience this care home will not be beaten in any of the important issues relating to having a loved one in need of care. Puts my mind at rest
knowing that my husband is in safe hands and that I can now concentrate all of my efforts in getting myself well again after my major surgery. Would check in myself if I am ever in need.

My mum has been at Tanglewood Horncastle for nearly 3 years and we're so grateful for the care she receives. Like many families, juggling work and other commitments often brings guilt about not visiting more, but this weekend we were able to celebrate her birthday early with all the grandchildren and
great-grandchildren and it meant the world. We sang old songs in the beautiful gardens and Mum was glowing with joy. Staff brought out drinks and even said they enjoyed the music while working! Special thanks to the Lifestyle Lead, whose updates on social media of Mum smiling and joining in reassures us she's happy and well. Tanglewood isn't just a care home, it's a place filled with kindness, laughter, and love. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Dad was only at Cloverleaf a short while and they never got the opportunity to know the person he was. Despite this the care, compassion, empathy and utter devotion shown not just to dad but to family surpassed our wildest expectations and dreams. They were and are truly exceptional.
Reply from Alicia Bradon, Sales Manager at Cloverleaf Nursing Home

Thank you so much for your incredibly kind and moving words. Although your dad was only with us for a short time, it was truly an honour to care for him. We may not have had long to get to know the person he was, but we treated him with the same compassion, dignity, and respect we give to every resident-because every life has meaning, and every family matters.Your words mean the world to our team, who dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to providing comfort and support, especially during the most difficult moments. We're deeply grateful that we were able to offer you and your family some peace during that time.Thank you again for your trust.

Cedar Falls Nursing Home

My grandfather moved to Cedar Falls in May from a home outside of the area. From initial enquiry to him moving in we were fully supported as a family. He has been so happy in this home and he has made some friends and he gets on so well with the entire team. Everyone is friendly and they answer any
questions we have as a family and action any health concerns promptly which is such a relief to us knowing he is being well supported and cared for. He loves taking part in activities and he says to us that the food is so nice and he always has second portions if he fancies more. It is nice to walk in to the home and it smells fresh and feels welcoming. All in all as a family we are extremely happy he was accepted and moved to Cedar Falls as his happiness is our priority.

We came to the community event Chinese meal. It was lovely to attend a meal that was provided. Sadly the quality hasn't been the same since the very first meal which was Italian, amazing first class cuisine. This was average, but still a friendly atmosphere and fun evening.

The care RH gave my husband was outstanding. During his 3 weeks there he was treated with respect and kindness.
Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were kind and friendly. I never felt that I was asking too many questions and the staff always took the time to make me feel safe and secure in my
decision to have my husband's end of life with them. He died peacefully and with dignity.
