I would like to add recognition to the management team at Mayflower Court. The care and attention given by the manager and two other specific staff members is exceptional. My friend is very settled and happy with his care, this is due to the team and staff at Mayflower Court.

Just been to the annual BBQ at Dawson Lodge and the staff were exceptional, they worked very hard to ensure all residents and their guests were looked after and the food was fantastic. The care has improved over the last few months since my last review. The staff are very friendly and helpful and
I would recommend Dawson Lodge if you are looking for a well run, kind and friendly home for your loved ones.

Since my wife's father has been in the care system she has never really settled. The constant worry about her father's needs and wellbeing left her feeling somewhat lack lustre with the choices available.
This all changed dramatically the day she visited Dawson Lodge, she called me on the way home
and cried with happiness.
She knew her father would be well looked after instantly and this put her at ease.
I visit my father in law at the weekend with my wife and I could not believe the night and day difference to his previous home. It was clean, bright, amazing staff, so attentive. His room is so bright and airy, overlooking the garden. In my own words I wanted to move in. All the meals look amazing with a fresh and varied choice.
We are really looking forward to this Sunday as we have been invited for lunch for Father's Day, and can't wait for the summer bbq.
Hats off to the manager, receptionist and the team you are doing a fantastic job.

I can't express enough how grateful our family is for the outstanding care and kindness shown to my nan during her time at Willow Gardens. From the moment she arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, compassion, and professionalism that never wavered. The staff are simply incredible - not only highly
skilled but also deeply caring. They treated my nan with such dignity, patience, and genuine affection. It brought us so much comfort knowing she was in safe hands and surrounded by people who truly cared about her wellbeing.

The atmosphere at the home is peaceful, friendly, and full of life. Whether it was the little chats, help with daily tasks, or the way they always made sure she felt comfortable and included, every gesture meant the world to us. They didn't just take care of her; they made her feel like part of a family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You made all the difference during a time that could have been so difficult, we will always be so thankful for that.

Staff seem more interaction with residents, cleaner, shame it's not got it's own mini bus to take residents out locally or further afield,,they now over see medication, such a difference, one slight issue they could make the place smell fresher.

Since mum has moved into Orchard gardens I have seen an improvement in her mentally and physically. Mum has made friends and joining in the activities which was our wish for her. It was a very difficult decision knowing mum needed to go into care after 16 years living with us, but definitely the right
decision. Thank You

My mother in law came to Willow Gardens on respite after a fall ended with her in hospital. As soon as we walked in we knew this was the place for her. The journey was not easy for her but the staff and management helped us with a diagnosis which in turn lead to my mother in law getting the medication
she needed. Due to circumstances changing Willow Gardens were able to offer her a permanent place to stay which gave us so much comfort in knowing she was being so well looked after in such a caring environment with amazing staff and management team. Nothing was ever to much trouble for the staff or management who kept us updated with any changes or concerns, as my mother in law became poorly we were able to stay with her at the home in her final days the staff and management showed so much compassion and genuine care for her and us, we could never thank them enough for what they did they are all incredible people who treated my mother in law with love and dignity, thank you all.

Popped in to see my mother today. She's been here a couple of months now, after not being able to care for herself anymore and having a fall. Mum seems happy and at home here. She's relaxed and she knows all the staff. All the staff are super friendly and have time to talk. Mum loves to chat! Very satisfied!!

I have been so impressed with Dawson Lodge, from the first initial meeting the manager had with my father in his previous care home. All of his needs, likes, dislikes, interests, hobbies and emotional well being were all taken into consideration to ensure his move was seamless.
When I visited before
my father's arrival, the receptionist showed me around and I even got to talk to residents. She made sure that I was happy and that Dawson Lodge could meet dad's needs. Which it did in bucket loads.
Dad was greeted at the door on arrival by them, who I was also impressed with their care and compassion and attention to detail to make sure dad settled. He felt at home and I was so happy.
Dad and I both shed a tear at finally finding a beautiful place to stay with amazing staff.
The home is super clean and inviting, with amazing outdoor space and garden.
They have well organised activities outside of the home and also multiple daily activities within, something to suit everyone.

My mother unfortunately passed away at this Care Home a few days ago. She was a resident for just over nine months and loved the Care Home and the carers. They were all amazing to her and truly cared about her. Myself, sister and family members stayed with my mum during her last few days, and therefore
we witnessed just how hardworking and caring all the staff are, they were truly amazing.

My Grandmother was in Willow Gardens Yateley for around 9 months until she passed away recently. The care she received was above and beyond. My Nan was going through lots of changes and found the transition very overwhelming but all staff were so patient, calm and professional with her that she soon
settled. The staff all got to know my Grandmother on such a personal level and genuinely cared. During her end of life the staff not only cared for my Grandmother to such a high standard but supported us as a family also. It's such a warm and welcoming care home and I just want to thank each and every member of staff for all they did for my wonderful Grandmother and for comforting my family like they did during a very difficult time.

I do hope that mayflower realises just how much, the residents and myself, appreciate the very kind and consideration given to all off us here. To care for others as you do is a very special dedication from all your staff, and in such beautiful surroundings. May your own continue without end.

I cannot recommend Willow Gardens more highly. My father became a resident here just over a year ago and we chose the home for its friendly, homely feel. Sadly Dad passed away this month but the care, love and attention given to him, right up to his last hour, was second to none. We really couldn't
ask for more. Thank you to all for making mine, and my Father's life so much easier and happy to the end.
