Lovely caring, attentive staff. Great location. Dad has dementia and obviously its a real worry when they have to come and live in a care home full time, but he voluntarily (without me asking) tells me he likes it there and that he is well looked after. I really feel that St Anne's is the right place
for him.
The decor and furnishings could do with an update but my dad isn't bothered bout that. What's important is the care and that's good here.

My mother in law recently moved into the care home and was instantly settled and welcomed by the lovely care manager and the staff.
She came to Westoe Grange following a serious of falls and after a long stay in hospital where she had become quite disengaged with her environment with little to say
or do.
In the short space of 5 weeks I have seen my mother in law become settled into a beautifully decorated, inviting and clean room.
She has been allowed to compliment the room with things from home, helping her recognise the room and feel comfortable. Whilst she has her own TV within the room she spends little time there and has been greatly encouraged to partake in the varied activities on offer.
Her meals are homemade and substantial and whilst there are protected set meal times there is opportunity to join at beginning or end of the set times, providing flexibility for her if she requires.
My mother in law has become much more engaged and I'm happy knowing she's cared for and safe.

Our mam came to Princess House in November, it was a very difficult time for mam to adjust to her new home, however we her daughters, can't praise and thank the staff enough for looking after her. The home is just one of the best and myself and my sister know mam is being looked after with so much care
and attention and in very safe hands. All of the staff in Princess House are fabulous; they are sincere, so friendly, happy and so caring, nothing is a bother to them. They do so much for their residents, without hesitation and it's obvious they are all so skilled in what they do. We have had the pleasure to be able to see what they actually do day in and day out since November, and they deserve this acknowledgement, as they are amazing, we can definitely say they have made such a difference to mams life. We are so happy we found you Princess House. Thank you so much xx

Staff care and facilities at St Anne's excellent. Staff engage with residents and always try to help them, feed, clothe, bathe them to the best of their ability. Meals are nutritious and well prepared, bedrooms, dining room and lounges clean and well monitored.

Mum is very well looked after by caring staff. Facilities, food, and activities are all first rate, but most importantly the carers really care. Dad has received very caring support and staff have been communicative of his changing needs and issues during his time there. Given dad's communication problems, the staff and management have ensured
that all his needs were met, with patience and good humour. Under the circumstances, I cannot think of any way in which the care dad received could be improved upon. I would like to thank the management and staff for their support and understanding up to and including the time of dad's passing.

Mum has been a resident for a few months. The home is a lovely warm and comfortable environment and the staff are always very helpful and friendly and look after her very well. The managers are very good at keeping us informed of how mum is doing. We were so pleased that the home put up decorations

Princess House has been such a fantastic place for caring for my mum. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating from day one. Myself and my family think St. Annes care home is fantastic level of care. People who do care about their residents, keep there mind stimulated and just over all a happy place for my stepdad to be when we struggled to care for him 24hrs a day.

Mum has been a resident for nearly a year now. The entire staff are dedicated to the welfare of the resident. Always friendly an nothing is a problem, also with a smile on many occasions have gone out of there way to reassure and comfort my mother when difficult problems have happened. The food and
choice is outstanding. Very clean and tidy. Lovely garden and seating area at the front of the building.
I feel my mother is in safe hands. Thanks again to all staff for making a sad time the best it can be.

I would like to thank all the staff for the excellent care of my father over the last 3 and half years.
My father felt so at home and appreciated both the personal and practical care offered.
As a family we felt our father was safe and well cared for and always provided regular updates on his wellbeing.


The

staff at Westoe Grange were like an extension to our family. Thank you for making my fathers later life so comfortable and content .

The Manager and the team were incredibly accommodating as my brother had been in hospital and was very confused. His daughter's, who found the whole situation very stressful, were supported in the
initial move, and the manager and team went the extra mile to ensure that he settled as well as could be expected. I live in Cornwall and was very concerned about my brother. I would like to express my thanks for their help during his stay, and although he is moving on, I would highly recommend Westoe Grange.

My dad's first experience of staying for respite care has been a very positive one. The staff were incredibly caring, thoughtful and provided me with regular updates on how he was settling. When I first visited the home I got a sense of warmth and understanding of residents needs. Dad, during his 2
week stay participated in activities, singing and bingo for example and there was always someone to talk to. Family members visited during his stay and his was never a problem and they found him content and settled due to supportive, experienced staff.
