Having been invited to view Furzefield Manor Care Home by the General Manager we knew that this was the perfect choice for our relative living with dementia.
All staff were welcoming and the attention/care given to the individual needs of the residents, was very impressive.
The home build and facilities
is of an exceptional standard, offering much comfort and incorporating varied activity areas such as, a cinema, hair salon, library, gardening areas, for those who live there.
The entire team of employees at FFM work together well to create a welcoming, caring, safe and pleasant home environment for all residents, and their visiting relatives and friends. Thank you.

We spent 4 weeks at Rownhams having respite care. Staff were kind, caring and hardworking. The food was very good and our clients were well catered for. The rooms were kept clean by lovely friendly cleaners and our clothes were whisked away by the laundry staff only to reappear a couple of days later
beautifully clean and ironed! Activities such as exercises, trips etc, were fun and we returned home with recharged batteries. Thank you for caring for us!

Coming to visit our old friend for a second time we were again struck by the cleanliness and arrangements and hospitality of the staff.
The gardens however were very disappointing everything wanted a through watering. To walk around and see everything looking so sad cannot be good experience. Such
a sad waste of time and money to plant up what were beds with great potential is such a shame. Other than that we were so pleased to see our friends so taken care of.
Reply from Callum Pearce, General Manager at Potter House Care Home

Thank you for your wonderful review of potter house and we are pleased to hear your experiences have been pleasant. We take great pride in our home and gardens and unfortunately with shortage of rain we have been unable to maintain the garden as well as we would have liked. Going forwards are lucky to have water butts, in house maintenance and new gardeners to support with the upkeep of the gardens. We strive for being economically friendly and try and reuse water where we can. The care for our residents, home and community is of upmost importance and we take your comments onboard.

My dad has moved into this fabulous care facility just this week. We've been impressed firstly by the well-trained staff and brand new facilities. My dad loves the variety on the menu and he's even been impressed by the speed of response from the carers. We had a choice of homes to review when moving
him in to the area - from another care home - and we're all delighted we found Tudor House.

My son and daughter were looking for me to have a couple of weeks' respite, and as soon as they found Potters, that was the place to be. I spent 2 weeks in there, and it was out of this world. Everything was spotless and very clean. As for the staff, I can't thank them enough, they were superb, kind,

My mother has been in Lake View Lodge for almost a week now. I have been so happy with how quickly she has settled and made to feel included into her new home. Having looked at a few care homes in the area, Lake View Lodge stood head and shoulders above all others. It has such a modern, fresh and comfortable
feel, as well as having every amenity Mum could wish for. The staff have been absolutely wonderful, and welcome family and friends to visit whenever they want.
The meals are cooked by a chef, and are delicious. I can say that because I had lunch with Mum on Fish & Chip Friday, which is another lovely touch.
Mum's room is spacious, has an en-suite and has a wonderful view over the lake.
I cannot recommend Lake View enough!
