Kent House is a fantastic Residential Care Home specialising in Dementia care and is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac in Harrow Weald off Long Elms Road.

There is always an event or an occasion to celebrate at Kent House, the staff make sure they hold many activities so that their residents are always on their toes with exciting things to do. Kent house always welcomes visiting families and friends to join in on the fun, no one is left to feel out of place or unwelcomed.

I find the manager and all staff at this care home extremely efficient, friendly, caring and very polite. Always willing to talk to us and explain in detail, very supportive. This is so very new to us, therefore, we feel very comfortable leaving my brother in their care and company.

Firstly I would like to mention the wonderful staff at Kent House, each and every one of them. I can sleep at night, without worry, knowing that my mother is being well looked after. The food is fresh and good selection. The management are dedicated, hard-working and have made Kent House into a happy

The family are delighted at how my mother has been so well cared for at Kent House. The manager, assistant manager and all the staff are very kind and patient. There are always lots of activities to join in with, and the food is delicious. My mother had her 91st birthday last week and was given a gift
she loved and a beautiful cake baked by the chef.

My grandmother has been so much happier at Kent House than she has been for several years. The staff are unfailingly cheerful and patient, and my grandmother has a rich life filled with a fantastic range of activities and experiences. She is even happy with the food!

Following a very warm welcome, I found all members of staff were very friendly and made me feel part of the Kent House community.
The management are extremely approachable, helpful and supportive. The home is well organised and run.
All the staff work extremely hard and are always considerate, very
kind and polite.
Every day there is a good choice of tasty wholesome homemade meals. There are regular, enjoyable entertainments, activities and special events.
Individuals are treated with respect and all visitors are made to feel very welcome.
In need of months of respite care following an accident, I am so grateful that there was a place at Kent House for me.

We have been very impressed with the care given at Kent House so far. The residents are well looked after and regularly stimulated with activities. Dad has settled in very well and we are happy with the staff communication regarding his care.

I am related to a resident in this care home and have nothing but good words to say.
When he came into this home, his health and welfare was not too good but since becoming a resident in Kent House, he has improved greatly. He has put on weight and his personality has changed for the better.
