The family are delighted at how my mother has been so well cared for at Kent House. The manager, assistant manager and all the staff are very kind and patient. There are always lots of activities to join in with, and the food is delicious. My mother had her 91st birthday last week and was given a gift she loved and a beautiful cake baked by the chef.

Ebbie has worked within the health and social care sector since 2008. Before becoming a home manager, Ebbie's journey with Gold Care Homes began as a deputy home manager and a regional support manager. His roles essentially entailed offering constant support and assistance to several homes within a specific region. Ebbie has obtained a qualification in Leadership and Management Level 5. He is very passionate about the quality of care provided within the homes and is a champion of staff progression within the company.
