This was the first time that my husband has ever been into respite. So I was very apprehensive. After meeting the manager, I was far more confident.
On arrival, my husband and I were introduced to all the staff. A friendly and professional team of people. My confidence was building.
I phoned Telford Lodge a few times whilst my husband was staying, nothing was too much trouble, I had an update from different members of staff.
I collected my husband yesterday, he was happy and looked well cared for.
My sincere thanks to everyone who made that possible.
