My brother has been in Milliner House since May 2024. We cannot fault the care he has been given. He was taken firstly to a different care home in March 2024 where we were not happy with his care. He wasn't given the opportunity to leave a physiotherapist to help with his mobility and wasn't...
My brother has been in Milliner House since May 2024. We cannot fault the care he has been given. He was taken firstly to a different care home in March 2024 where we were not happy with his care. He wasn't given the opportunity to leave a physiotherapist to help with his mobility and wasn't encouraged enough to get out of bed to get exercised. As soon as he was moved to Milliner House he was given any support he needed and with the help of a physio has his mobility back and is able to go home. We are very grateful to the manager and her staff.
