and appreciates the care they give her, as do we. My sister sometimes helps fold table napkins, giving her a sense of purpose and achievement. We can rest assured that she is in very competent and capable hands. Although the staff have a busy job they always make time to listen to my sister if she has any concern she wishes to discuss. A big 'thank you' to everyone at Bethel House.

My brother has now been a resident at Bethel House for about a year and is so happy there. The wonderful staff work so hard to make him feel at home and to give him everything he needs. He is regularly taken out for walks and enjoys the many activities which are organised for the residents. The staff constantly interact with the residents to ensure they are happy and there is a lovely, relaxed and homely feel where everyone looks happy.

Bethel House staff are so caring and all go the extra mile to look after our loved ones. There is a family atmosphere for all the residents, good home cooked food and nursing services combine to give everyone a comfortable life. Only criticism is that they are still without an entertainment organiser which for my husband is important. Events are still being organised but not to the level of the previous year.

I couldn't beI couldn't be more pleased with the car that my Mum was received since coming to Bethel House it's peace of mind she's happy she's entertained. She's re-engaging things that she used to love doing altogether. It's just amazing that she's she's there the Staff for amazing consistent always smiling always welcoming very generous and kind. I couldn't wish for a better home from my mum.

This home is truly amazing. My mum moved in in June and is so happy there. All the staff are great. When I went to see the home before mum moved in I was so impressed that Abbey the manager held the meeting in an alcove off the lounge not behind closed doors and the residents felt they could come and chat to us. When I visit the staff are constantly interacting with the residents which gives it a really homely feel. Since mum has been in their care I have regular updates by email with photos on how mum is and she looks great. Mum does have advanced dementia but she is now receiving a fantastic quality of life which I didn't think was possible. I love seeing the social media page which shows what a wonderful place Bethel House is. I couldn't have found anywhere better than Bethel House and its wonderful staff. My husband was happy in Bethel. He hated the previous care home despite that being only 2 weeks respite while I was in hospital. Bethel is very homely. It is warm and all the staff, without exception, are kind, patient and caring with even the most difficult resident. He loved the activities particularly anyone who was singing and would join in with gusto. The chefs provided lovely food everyday and on birthdays they made a cake with candles and everyone would sing to them. The staff also made visitors feel very welcome and there was always a cup of tea. I would be more than pleased to recommend Bethel and its very caring staff to anyone looking at care homes for a relative. Thank you

My Mum lived at Bethel House for almost 3 years. It became her home. She was lovingly cared for by the team at Bethel House. Her food was always wonderful and, even though she was confined to her room by illness, the entertainment team regularly visited her. You can tell when you walk into Bethel that the team are friends with each other which gives a warm ambiance and this naturally passes on to the residents, giving a feeling of comfort and a happy atmosphere. During Mum's final days, the team also cared for me and my husband. I can wholeheartedly recommend this team at Bethel House.

Communication with families is excellent, and there is a true family feel throughout. It is clear that every effort is made to ensure residents feel safe, comfortable, and truly at home. We are incredibly grateful for the care and compassion shown every day.

My sister in law resided at Bethel from June 2024 - October 2025. Her needs were unique. All staff at Bethel cared for her in an extremely appropriate and caring manner it was lovely to see her settle in and appreciated staff involvement as appropriate. Care was of the utmost quality, communication was excellent. Involvement with family members was friendly, professional, welcoming and appropriate. Care for my sister in law and all family members will stay with us for a very long time. Thank you Bethel.

I was impressed by the warm ambience and welcome of the staff and a feeling of well-being, care - cleanliness light and warmth. Kindness was shown to me and I was aware of a sense of openness available to residents and visitors with good will.

The meals are good and the activities plentiful and whilst residents do have many complex needs, they are treated with dignity and care.

What can I say with Reference to wonderful Bethel house, The staff act with kindness, effiency and empathy to all their residents, My great aunt, is very well looked after here, she engages in all activities and is always, clean, smart and well dressed, the home itself is spotless and clean, with a very friendly atmosphere. Dad was diagnosed with dementia in 2015 and has been looked after at Bethel House for the past 6 years. The staff are professional, kind and compassionate,:nothing is too much trouble. There are excellent activities daily, the rooms and overall environment is cheerful and the food is excellent. I have often been asked to recommend a care home over the past few years and never had any hesitation in recommending Bethel House. Dementia is a horrible disease and to know that your loved ones are being looked after with care and compassion at least gives comfort that you are doing all that you can.

Highly recommend both the environment and especially the team.

All the staff at Bethel House, without exception, go above and beyond what is expected. My husband is happy here and well looked after, if I did have any questions they would be answered, truthfully and with understanding. This is not the first care home my husband has been in and exceeds all my expectations and far outshines the others. Everywhere is extremely clean and the staff are always looking to find themselves busy and helpful.

Dad has settled well into the Bethel family and he can often be found happily chatting to everyone who will listen. As a family, we can't thank the Bethel staff enough for caring for Dad. It means everything.

Mum first moved here on 31st July. I was worried about the sudden move, that she wouldn't settle but after a few days, she did with the help of all the friendly staff. The home cook gorgeous meals and my mum being a fussy eater, eats everything now. The care home provides very good activities and puts on lots of parties through the summer months. I'm always offered coffee and the cakes are delicious. From what I've seen over the last three months, I have been extremely happy, 100%.

I would just like to say that my husband has been in Bethel House since January 2024 and in all that time the care staff have been wonderful despite him not always being cooperative and in the best humour. The house is always clean and tidy and there is always something going on for the residents if they want to join in. When I visit I have always been welcomed with a smile and very often one of the carers stops to have a chat. I don't know how the staff cope day after day and keep smiling and are 'friends' to all the residents.

It was my first visit to Bethel House and was most impressed with all the staff, how they handled the residents when they had a problem. It was happy and lots of fun, so clean and welcoming. Ido hope I will get the chance to visit again and will recommend Bethel House to my friends.
