My mum was in this care home for 11 months and received excellent care from all staff, they tended to her every need with such tenderness and care. Mum loved all the staff and would wander along the corridors night and day and staff would always have time to chat with her, this made mum's day! We were always welcomed whenever we visited day or night. The resident Manager went above and beyond for my mum when she deteriorated and we will be forever grateful to her.
