Mandy has worked for Millsted Care for nearly twenty years, starting as a support worker and then moving into a management position twelve years ago. She is very experienced in all aspects of the care industry, and knows each service-user exceptionally well. Working across both Westhaven and Woodcroft, Mandy still maintains a hands-on approach to management and frequently works shifts alongside support workers.
