My husband entered Levants in July 2014 with advanced Alzheimers. He was unable to walk or converse apart from a few words for the last 2 years.
The love and care he has received has been second to none and he remained in a happy, contented bubble during this time. I visited every day, feeding him for the last 12 months once a day due to some swallowing difficulties and staff became like a second family. He went into end of life care in December 2016 and their care was first class. He passed away peacefully in early January 2017
