My husband lived in Broughton Lodge for just over 2 years. Staff are very friendly and treated me as family.
The facilites are excellent, I experienced having my lunch here many times and it was always brilliantly cooked and hot. All the residents looked happy and loved interacting with the staff...
My husband lived in Broughton Lodge for just over 2 years. Staff are very friendly and treated me as family.
The facilites are excellent, I experienced having my lunch here many times and it was always brilliantly cooked and hot. All the residents looked happy and loved interacting with the staff and enjoying the many activities that were on offer meeting the needs of the residents. There were often parties which family were invited to especially at Christmas.
On the occasion of my husbands and my wedding anniversary a cake was made for us.
It is a well-run and happy home with very high standards.
I would highly recommend Broughton Lodge to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

I cannot say thank you enough for the care they gave to my husband during his stay there. Sadly he died on 19th April 2025, their compansion was outstanding.

Place your elderly relative here! Nothing seems too much for the staff and management at this home and they really care for their residents as individuals. Every time I have visited my uncle I have found the staff very friendly, caring and informative. From personal experience, the food served is delicious and varied. Activities within the home seem to meet the needs of the residents, all of whom look happy and well looked after. It is good to see such a well-run and happy home which has high standards and excellent care. I am very happy to recommend the home facilities and staff to anyone looking to place their loved one in a care home in Burnham-on-Sea.
