All bedrooms are decorated in an individual style to a very high standard. Residents are encouraged to bring a selection of personal items along with them. Items such as small pieces of furniture, pictures, ornaments and their own personal televisions.
Wilford House is situated in pleasant surroundings, on the main bus route, near to shops and a local park.
Residents enjoy the services of a visiting hairdresser, an optician, a dentist and a chiropodist.

Job Title: Care Manager
Maureen started life at Wilford House as a Night Care Assistant, then moved into the position of Senior Day Care Assistant before becoming Deputy Care Manager and finally Care Manager in 1998.
Maureen is qualified to NVQ level 4 & 5 in Health and Social Care, Assessor and Verifier in Social Care and holds a Registered Managers Award.
Job Title: Deputy Care Manager
Shirley started life at Wilford House as a Day Care Assistant. She moved into the position of Senior Night Care Assistant and then returned to days to become a Senior Day Care Assistant before finally becoming Deputy Care Manager in 2000.
Shirley is qualified to NVQ levels 2, 3 and 4 in Health and Social Care.
