As a family we reluctantly had to take advice from social services and health care providers earlier this year that our dearly loved mum who is 87 Years young and has advancing Alzheimers needed 24 hour care.
We had benefited from the care from TNP previously for my aunt who lived very contentedly there for four and a half years.
As a family we find all the staff are friendly, approachable, caring, and very supportive to the residents and visitors, mum has settled very well and is always smiling, she is very well cared for.
The home in general is small, bright and has a happy atmosphere, it always appears clean and tidy but residents have their personal possessions around them.

My 89 year old nan was at TNP House for just over 12 months. We always found the staff to be friendly, professional and caring and it has a warm, happy, relaxed and homely feel about it as soon as you walk in. It has a good reputation as my family did their 'homework' and knew other people who had lived here. My Mom always recommends the home to other families and cannot speak highly enough of it.

The standards of cleanliness are very high. The staff are experienced and trained to care for people with dementia and physical disabilities, my nan was always clean, well dressed and comfortable, nan's needs were always met.

The manager has been owner/manager of the home for 19 years and is caring , experienced and involves her care team to actively promote residents individual needs . We always found she actioned things professionally and promptly when the need arises. My Nan was able to remain at TNP House until she passed away in a comfortable, compassionate and caring 'home'.
