Rosedale Care Home Ltd Reviews (7)
Over all time Rosedale Care Home Ltd has 7 reviews.
Our son has been a resident at "Rosedale" after he was placed there when a former placement at another home became untenable. At that point, he was in crisis both physically and emotionally and presented with extremely challenging behaviour, because of his experiences with poor care and poorly trained staff in his former placement. We have got to say that the manager and all her staff rose to the challenge, with an unbiased and empathetic approach which persists to this day and in which our boy has flourished in all ways. It is the first time in over 12 years that both we and he feels he is truly happy. The manager and her staff really care about their residents and all the staff work very hard to achieve successful outcomes for all their residents. We cannot recommend Rosedale highly enough and feel privileged that our son is there. Health and Social care professionals could use the manager's successful framework to set standards and learn about good practice in the industry.
Thank you very much for your kind words with regards to our home and team. We work hard to ensure that we deliver high standards of care to all clients in our hands.
I like the fact that here, for the first time in a long time, I can call this place my home.
My dear friend visited the home for respite during December 2017 and has never left. It was identified by the staff that he needed extra care and attention and the decision was made that this was the place to be. His health, dignity, confidence and respect is so impressed and it is heartwarming to see how happy he now is. Ethics, ideals and staff.
My uncle is a resident at Rosedale Care Home, I visit my Uncle on a regular basis and he always looks well looked after, Since my uncle moved into Rosedale, I have noticed he has put weight on (for the better) and looks a lot healthier now. My uncle always seems happy when I see him and I enjoy talking to the staff. Uncle will always say he has been on day trips with the staff and other clients. We are always kept up to date with his care needs and any appointments that he has attended. Rosedale definitely has a home from home feeling and is very family orientated. We would not dream of moving uncle to anywhere else, as long as he is happy, we are happy.
My brother is a client at Rosedale Care Home. He's always so happy when we see him, he has built a good relationship with the other clients and staff. My brother will often say how he misses his own house but he is happy here. We would never dream of uprooting him now. I wouldn't want him to go to any other home. We find it easy to talk to the staff and manager, and we are kept up to date with any health appointments or just a general update on how he is if we haven't managed to get to see him. In my opinion, the home is well lead and the staff are more than capable. Rosedale is always homely and people seem genuinely happy to see you visit. I think this home is 5 Star.
I have lived at Rosedale Care Home for 7 years. I love it. I don't want to go anywhere else. It's the best place to live. I have lived at other homes in the past and they were horrible. I have my freedom at Rosedale and I am treated like a real person. I like it when we go out for the day we go to the garden centre, monkey forest, bird sanctuary, shopping and I was able to decorate my room how I wanted. I am happy here. Anyone who moves into Rosedale will be very lucky. The food is really nice and staff like to cook diferent things for us. It's great.
My sister is currently a client at Rosedale Care home, I have never had any problems with the care home and the staff are always very friendly and always ready to attend to the clients. Each time I have been to the care home the clients always seem to be happy and are having a laugh and a joke with staff and other people, I could not be happier with where my sister lives and I would defiantly recommend Rosedale care home to anyone who is looking for a home for their loved ones.
