Chiropodist, newspapers and hair dresser charges are not included. All rooms are delegated to the resident to meet their needs. All room prices varies depending on the personal dependency level and the room size. If the person is social services , we only have two rooms that do not have a top up on them.

You may visit Syne Hills residential home at any times however they do ask to not visit during protected mealtimes. If these are only times available, they would appreciate you contacting the home so they can arrange a potential different seating area where others will not be disturbed.
Syne Hills has their own free onsite parking facilities available, but they do ask that you please do not park in front of the main entrance in case of emergencies.
