Good = 4. Satisfactory = 3. Poor = 2. Very Poor = 1. These points are added up and then divided by the total number of completed ratings to generate the average rating.

Reviewer Connection to Morvern Care Centre
Review submitted from a Postal Card by I K (Daughter of Resident) on Tuesday 24 January 2017. Relates to January 2017.
The home is very helpful in most situations, some staff need more training as my parent has suffered at times from neglect from a member of staff.
Mostly though staff are very caring. The food in the home is not very good as much of what I have seen is frozen and not really as nutritious as it could be.
