Mum was admitted to the home during an emergency. From the time she was admitted, the care and attention given to her from the staff team has been exemplary. They have supported both my mum and ourselves as a family during a challenging time. It is clear that the service provided is delivered by a truly dedicated team who have individual needs at heart. I highly commend the care given at Primrose Court and the dedication of the staff team.
