Crofton Court Residential Care Home

All staff are friendly and helpful. My mum seems to be very happy here. The home always appears to be clean and tidy and the decorations for Halloween were brilliant and the residents were all very enthusiastic. All in all I would be happy for my mum to stay here permanently.

Staff are always lovely and helpful. Always kept informed of any issues with mam, also regular meetings for residents to discuss anything they would like changing. Food always looks lovely with plenty of choice. Mam is always treated with dignity and respect, can't praise them enough, then to say I fully trust them to look after man as I am no longer able to be her carer.

The care has been exceptional, the love and flexibility, and humour have made such a difference to my Mum. She was only supposed to do a few weeks respite but her extended stay has been an important transition for Mum and she has loved all the staff here. We can't thank you enough for being people who care.

After short stays at several care homes, my aunty was increasingly unhappy with them. After only a few weeks at Crofton Court she described everybody at the care home as 'wonderful.' I have found the staff and management to be kind, understanding and friendly.

Staff are all friendly and very caring. Dad has settled well and his health is much improved since moving here. There are many activities to keep him occupied throughout the day. Communication with the staff is excellent and they are always in contact. Couldn't ask for a nicer home for my father.

I have no complaints about the care my dad receives. The staff are all caring and treat him with the respect he deserves. They go above and beyond to make sure he has the care he needs. Activities are well run and the armistice day was great. Well done Crofton Court.

My Mother was placed in Crofton Court for respite care. However, this was extended due to her health. The staff are friendly and caring. Lots to do for residents. Easily contactable and likewise if there are any issues with the family member under their care, they let us know as soon as is practical.

Amazing and friendly staff who look after my grandma. They make her laugh and smile, which she lost prior to coming here. Always friendly with visitors and my children. Thank you for looking after her this past year. I really appreciate your efforts and caring side.

My mother has been a resident since 2019 and has settled very well. This is due, primarily to the care and attention she has received from the very caring staff. Even though they have a time-consuming and demanding job, they are always smiling and have time to answer any questions I might have. Consequently, this produces a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

There have been a lot of issues with medication mistakes, security issues - Mam was found in the street. A lot of agency staff are being used on nights which does not help with familiarity on dementia cases.
