St Isan residential home is based in the quiet and picturesque 'village' centre of Llanishen, North Cardiff. This purpose built home has been made to accommodate men and women over the age of 65.
Specialist dementia care is available 24-7, and care services are tailored to the needs of the individual. All of the rooms at the home are single occupancy, but can be changed to double when required, and have a wash basin.
There are shared gardens, a dining room and a lounge, and plus two smaller groups which have their own communal areas.
A menu of freshly prepared tasty and nutritious meals are available on a daily basis by the talented chef.
