Natalie Kent

Job Title: Home Manager

Joined: 2017


Natalie joined New Century Care in March 2016, and became High View Oast’s Manager in March 2017, with over 20 years of experience in the sector.

Natalie began her career in care as a young teenager and knew it was the right path for her, as she has always felt passionately about helping people. She has a Registered Managers Award (RMA) and an NVQ in Health and Social Care 2 & 3.

Natalie says that looking after the well-being of people at High View Oast, and giving them the best possible care is the most rewarding aspect of her job. She says she has a strong team and enjoys supporting them to achieve their goals and develop in their careers.
