My mum settled in very quickly at Aldwick House even though she had been hugely independent for most of her life. All the staff saw to this taking very good care of her. She was treated with respect and kindness. There was a friendly atmosphere around the home and the staff were very approachable and helpful. Aldwick House was well organised with regular routines which helped my mum feel safe and secure.
