New and modern bungalows with amazing state of the art on-site facilities. However there is often a shortage of staff to support residents to access the facilities. Lack of transport and drivers so access to the community is limited. There seems to be a high turnover of staff and agency staff are frequency used. Poor communication between management and myself (parents). Management and staff not very welcoming - don't be taken in by the amenities!
