I was uncertain about my wife going into a care home in December 2024. However, despite her having a fall early on I became more and more positive that putting her into Larkhall Springs was the right thing to do. (Larkhall Springs was selected after visiting a number of homes). The physical, mental and nursing care she has received has been constantly excellent. She is not the easiest patient, but all her care has been done with patience and real care. The staff throughout have been welcoming, friendly as well as very caring and attentive.
Thak you so much for taking the time to leave sucha lovely review, your feedback truly means a great deal to all of us.
My father-in-law, Ian, is exceptionally well cared for. The facilities at Larkhill Springs are excellent, providing a comfortable, safe, and welcoming environment. The staff are outstanding, professional, attentive, and genuinely compassionate-consistently going above and beyond to ensure his wellbeing and dignity.

The disruption and aggression has reduced and she seems much happier in her lucid moments. The staff are excellent with her and have gained her trust, I am very happy with her being there.
Thank you for your kind review. It is nice to hear that care we provide makes a difference.
We are very pleased with Larkhall Springs Nursing Home. They show compassion and care at all times. The staff from carers to management are fantastic. Always friendly and supportive. If a concern is raised it gets dealt with and the recent physio care has been very good. We have had a couple of functions for my father at Larkhall Springs and everyone went beyond expectations to ensure all went very smoothly. A big thank you to all at Larkhall Springs.
Thank you for your kind review. We are always happy to help and provide the support needed.
When my father first moved into Larkhall Springs he was completely bedridden and hardly able to move at all. All the staff have been amazing, kind, attentive and caring I have been so reassured knowing that a team effort has helped my father settle in. He has been having physio with one staff member who has achieved in my eyes the un achievable, Dad is now out of bed and able to stand and walk a little bit with assistance. I cannot recommend or thank her enough, you are a star!
Thank you so much for your kind words and posistive review. It means a lot to us in Larkhall Springs to know that the care and support we provide is making a difference .
Every time over 5 years that I called (randomly) the staff were kind, and in between kept me well updated on my people's condition. If something wasn't good (eg not eating/infection/other) they rang me immediately. Staff always jolly and patient with all residents. When my people were dying, they rang me and urged me to com in. The husband died, staff great when the wife was dying they rang me early AM, I got there and they provided me with excellent food all day and checked frequently on us. I felt the couple were well loved and so was I.
Thank you very much for your review. We are proud we could provide care and support when it was needed. Thank you for choosing us.
I come to see my aunt approximately every two weeks. She is always well cared for and the staff are very friendly and have a good pleasant manner when speaking to her or assisting her. I am very grateful to them all and I know that my aunt has not always been easy to care for. I have only praise for the care given here.

The home is generously staffed, with friendly, willing and helpful staff available to residents and visitors. The presence of a physiotherapist on the staff is a most welcome development. During the past six weeks that my wife has been a resident, there has been a huge improvement in her attitude to life. She can now hold a conversation, laugh and joke. I am most impressed and delighted.
