Kingsley House Nursing Home

The care mum has received since the new year when she went into KH has been exemplary. Staff treat residents with respect and are always welcoming. There are activities for the residents which provide the the social connection needed. I feel I can rest easy mum is in a safe place and being looked after.

My Mother has been a resident in Kingsley House for a little over a year. Without exception, she and I have found the staff KIND, caring and knowledgeable. When my Mother's care or medical needs have needed review or further consideration, they have done this with knowledge and diligence.

Dad has been a resident of Kingsley House for over two years now and has settled really well due to the excellent care of the staff, adapting to his changing needs. Nothing is to much trouble for them always friendly face to greet and update you, cannot sing their praises enough.

Absolutely amazing care and patience with all the residents they treat everyone with respect and always welcomes residents visiting family members with coffee or tea and cake, nothing is too much trouble.

Dad is sometimes difficult but the staff always go out of their way to keep him comfortable and safe.

The management team and staff at Kingsley House are truly dedicated to looking after my mum, always ensuring she is comfortable, happy, and well cared for. They are quick to act whenever they feel she may need extra assistance, and they consistently do so with warmth, friendliness, and genuine smiles. Kingsley House really is a home from home, where my mum is cosseted with love in a warm, comfortable, and nurturing environment.

Kingsley House is a fabulous place. It is full of joy with lovely caring staff who go above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble. My mother is always very content and well cared for when I visit. She enjoys her food and in particular, the cake! Day by day there is plenty of fun and interesting activities. Kingsley House has a homely feel to it where residents are free to roam and even sit in the office if they so wish. I really enjoy visiting the home, seeing my mother and talking to staff and other residents. A big Thank You.

I am very happy with mum's care at kingsley house,all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Mum seems happy and always clean and well cared for. There seems to be plenty of activities to keep her occupied. I am happy that she lives there and would recommend the care home to others.

My husband has been a resident for 2 and a half years. The care that he has received has been exellant staff go above and beyond to make sure everyone is looked after. And we as visitors are treated with respect. Its like going to someone's house to visit its so friendly. I am so pleased my husband has been lucky to stay in such a lovely place. My mother has dementia and receives outstanding care. Every time I visit there is a very warm welcome and positive attitude. The atmosphere is one of kindness and care - nothing is too much trouble. Knowing mum is so well cared for is very important to our family.

My mother has been at Kingsley House for 8 months. Initially, she was extremely anxious about having to live in a care home, but now, due to the care and consideration of all the staff, she has become completely at ease and is totally settled with her routines. Both we and my mother agree that the staff here are absolutely wonderful, always attending quickly to my mother's needs. We are warmly welcomed by the staff when we visit and are kept well informed of any changes in her circumstances. Finally, we would like to say that we really appreciate all the care that she receives and the way she receives it from the whole team, keeping her smiling and laughing whilst they go about their daily tasks.

Staff and management were brilliant. My mother had been in Kingsley House since last September. Treatment and kindness of all staff were excellent and professional.

I was delighted, even overwhelmed with the care my sister received. From the moment she arrived. after a long journey, she was treated with care, warmth and dignity as they made her comfortable. She told the doctor she was happy, in the best place possible. She felt safe, loved and in particular valued as everyone knew her by name. She was afforded dignity at all times. On the visit, we were instantly updated on her condition, her drugs and what treatment she was receiving. This was very comforting to us. All staff were endlessly cheerful, going above and beyond, and you were met with a smile. It was a happy place for my sister's life to end. With thanks.

I think the staff are very caring and polite to me. They are all very kind and deal with my needs when asked. The room is very pleasant and has everything I need. I have only been here a short time, but everyone has made me feel welcome. All the nursing staff are friendly and make my care as pleasant as possible. I would recommend this home to anyone in need of care, compassion and friendship.

I cannot praise the care my Dad has received highly enough. The staff are so warm and caring where nothing is too much trouble for them. The home is very clean and provides good meals. The manager along with all her staff are fully committed to delivering the best care where residents are treated with respect, dignity and great affection. I strongly recommend this care home which is full of dedicated staff delivering the best care in a very happy atmosphere and I would like to send a huge thank you to everyone.
