The family will forever be grateful for the care received and also for the friendship, courtesy and respect shown to me and other family members, particularly during these very difficult times caused by the pandemic.

Find the staff extremely welcoming and helpful/. The care home is very clean and tidy. The food served is very good. My mother in law always looked clean and presentable. Very satisfied that my mother in law is getting the best care and is well looked after.

My parents have been looked after at Hodge Hill Grange for the past two years and have enjoyed the comfort of the home and the dedication of the staff. They have been supported immensely well throughout the trials of the recent pandemic. We cannot thank all of the staff enough.

A big thank you to all the staff for making the transition easier from a daughter who loves her dad dearly.

Although it has been a difficult time, I am impressed with the lack of Covid infection in the home.

What can I say about Hodge Hill Grange - if it wasn’t for the fantastic staff that has looked after our mother in these terrible times we find ourselves in I don’t know what we as a family would have done. The staff are so good with our mother, they make sure she is safe and all her needs are met. We as a family are able to contact the home any time of the day to enquire about our mother, I myself phone every evening and it is never too much for the staff to give me an update on what mums been up to that day. In these times, we are able to have a FaceTime with mum which is fantastic just being able to see her reassures us that our mother is been looked after. Thank you to the staff.

My mother is a resident of Hodge Hill Grange. Overall she is looked after extremely well and her needs are catered for. Since March, I have had three garden visits and a birthday visit through the windows. This is the area that needs to improve. There should be no reason why, with careful planning, I cannot visit my mother.

As I stated, overall care is good.

The staff are very helpful and approachable. I am very happy with the care that my mother is receiving. Her room is always clean and tidy, as is the rest of the home. When I am able to visit, Mum seems very happy.

We felt very comfortable and always welcome when visiting, staff had time for both my nan and us as a family, which I feel is very important. I would like to say thank you, to all the staff and the management team, what a great service you provided.

I was advised that there would be a formal investigation and to date, I have had no details of the findings to date.

Mom in Law has only been resident for a couple of months and although she wasn't happy about it in the first week or two I have noticed a big change in her now she has got used to being in care. She has made some friends and seems happy and contented - long may it continue.

I found this care home to be kind and considerate to all residents, especially my Mom. I also received much kindness from all staff at the end of Mom's life. Thank you from me and all my family.

Kitchen area needs constantly keeping clean. When I made mother-in-law a drink recently the fridge had dirty water at the bottom and needed good clean. Signage for meetings should be more prominent and relatives notified by text/email. Mother-in-law had been waiting to go to toilet one day, I went and her skirt was soaking wet.

As a family, we feel at ease knowing our mom is looked after so well.

Hodge Hill Grange care home provides a good standard of care, in a safe and secure environment for my husband at this time of his life. He is treated with kindness, respect and is well looked after.

Staff are very helpful if you ask for anything. The areas are always clean tidy.

We like to think that the residents appreciate our company so much so you see a big smile on their faces when we walk in.
