Good = 4. Satisfactory = 3. Poor = 2. Very Poor = 1. These points are added up and then divided by the total number of completed ratings to generate the average rating.

My mom is at the moment staying here and she is so happy and the care and support has been amazing. Recently she was diagnosed with dementia and after falling she is spending a week here. I have been so impressed with all the staff and to see my mom happy makes me happy. I would recommend here to everyone and the dedication and service the staff provide is second to none and that's coming from me who has worked in the banking industry customer service side for years. Thank you all for all your help.
