Brompton House Care Home

I have great faith in all the staff and the help they give to my relative.

I cannot speak too highly of the caring, nursing and management staff at the home as they did their utmost to make her as comfortable as possible. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble. I was constantly kept up to date on her condition throughout her stay of which I was very grateful.

Outstanding manager. The manager here at Brompton went above and beyond the call of duty to assure my mother stopped being moved from pillar to post since December 2019 to March 2020 at the hospital. Then COVID happened!! Mum was very welcomed into this outstanding home, full of smiles and laughter, even at these hard times, care and kindness from all. Mum had a few hiccups along her journey but here is where I am happy for her to be. Thank you.

Mother has been a resident at Brompton House for three years. During this time we could not be more delighted with the care she receives. She is very well looked after by the amazing team at Brompton with every detail catered for. There is a lovely dining room where home-cooked meals are provided. The lounge area is spacious and comfortable and the residents have a choice of different areas of the room where they may like to sit and take part in activities if they wish. There is a large TV in one corner and a piano which mother likes to play from time to time to the delight of other residents and the staff. There is a beautifully kept courtyard garden for residents to enjoy. External outings are also arranged from time to time. It gives our family peace of mind to see that Mother is very content in her day to life at Brompton. The staff do an amazing job and we are always kept informed of any changes, for example, to Mother’s health. I have recommended this home to friends.

Mum has been at Brompton for six years and I have been really happy with the care she has received. It's a very friendly and caring nursing home and I know mum is happy too. Because of Covid-19 I haven't been able to see her for ages but the staff have been amazing - they've kept me updated and organised regular video calls which has made such a difference. So thank you, everyone at Brompton - thank you for the care and kindness you show every day to Mum, especially during these difficult times.

An excellent care home, my mum came here on an end of life care plan, everyone from day one was caring, considerate and put my mum's welfare first. The care and compassion my mum received in her final weeks of life were exemplary. I cannot fault the care home and all the staff. If I had to make the decision on care home again I would most definitely choose Brompton House and I would happily recommend it to anyone. Thank you for the dignity you gave my mum in death.

Lovely communal areas, all very clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

My mother was a resident at Brompton House for three years until recently. She very much enjoyed living there and was looked after so well. I have continued to have links there by carrying out activities such as baking with the residents on a regular basis. I so enjoy the happy and welcoming atmosphere.

I have really appreciated all the help and kindness from all the staff. I am really glad I came here for a couple of weeks after having a hip replacement. Thank you.

The home is clean and modern and well cared for. Reception is good and there is a good welcome. The room is well furnished, clean and bright with a nice view of the garden. Food is very good and carers are bright and cheerful.

I enjoyed both fun days that I have been to and hope to come to many more. The residents all looked very happy and joined in with the music. Also, the garden was kept lovely. Full marks to them all.

I visit as part of a knitting group from Badsey Mothers Union, but am always impressed with the staff and entertainment provided.

I really enjoyed the food. The staff were always cheerful and friendly.

My friend has been a resident for 2 years at Brompton House in Broadway. We visit twice a week and have always found the staff very friendly and cheerful. The home is always clean and warm and our friend is well cared for. The nursing staff is always in attendance and our friend seems very happy there.
