Chesterfield House is a specialist registered care home service for men and women with a learning disability and complex conditions such as personality disorder, mental health problems and those who may also have a forensic background.
The specialised learning disability care home service at Chesterfield House is designed for those individuals who require a high level of support and supervision in a community setting, often as part of a care pathway when stepping down from secure or hospital care, or because this cannot be adequately provided in a supported living service due to the more complex needs or challenging behaviours of the service user.

If there are no Positive Reviews in the last 12 months, then 2.5 points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 2 years. The calculation is the same as above, except the points are divided by 2.
