Thank you for your lovely reply, we are so grateful for your comments - thank you.
Thank you for your review. I am so sorry if you have felt of late that your time at home has not provided you with the excellent experience you deserve. It has been an unprecedented time which has asked a great deal of all of us but, throughout recent months, our usual operational protocols have been adhered to fully as well as exceptional procedures to protect residents and staff from infection. But please be assured that throughout our staffing levels have remained the same as ever, which is above industry standard. We have been working hard to try and ensure the impact of this time, to people living at Newton House, is as minimal as possible. However, it saddens me that you felt there was a reduction in the care and service we always try to deliver to everyone. We will always do everything possible to ensure the experience of every resident is a great one and that your stay with us is happy and content and be assured we will continue to do so.
Thank you for your kind comments, we all really appreciate them.
