In my opinion my husband is always very well looked after, his medical needs are always attended to, he has an excellent room, with plenty of storage space, and adequate room to move around in comfortable surroundings he has made a lot of friends and gets on very well with all the staff.

My sister is a residential service user for whom I have power of attorney. She has been in Oak Lodge for 3+ years (Actual date was 25th of July 2012).
She now has come to a sad time in her life where by she isn't able to take part in any social activities. Her care in Oak Lodge is very good, in fact
excellent. She is still able to converse a little bit but on the whole her health has deteriorated and is coming to and end.
I am pleased to say all the care is very much in place with her circumstances and for that I am thankful. All I need is for her to go peacefully and with dignity and I am very confident in her care for that to happen.
