I cannot praise the managers and the wonderful staff at Brooklands for their dedication in looking after my husband for the 15 months he was a resident before passing away in September 2021. I will never forget your kindness and patience especially during the pandemic and trying your best to enable me to at least see my husband once a week albeit through a window a lot of the time. They were so very sympathetic to my very emotional state towards the end of his life.
Thank you so very much for your kind words, the pandemic has shown to be the most testing time for all. We will always do everything in our power to keep our residents safe, well and in contact with family. We totally understand the emotional effect this has on families and dear friends. Our hearts go out to all x
