My dad has been here since the 19th of March this year and has been so well looked after ever since he has arrived. It is like a life changing move for all the family when your loved one goes into care. I speak for all my family when saying my dad and all our family have been treated with the utmost love and care, much more than we could have hoped for. As a result our dad is very happy to be there.

The care home is in need of refurbishment. It is very under staffed, but I find the staff who are there are dedicated and kind. My mother is as happy as is possible in a care home and well looked after. I have yet to meet the new manager, but my mother likes her so that is my only concern.
