Staff are wonderful, caring and friendly all giving outstanding care. My only reservation is that the same staff be on all the time, this is vital for dementia care. Also, I don't like the nappies they should be either pull-ups or ones that can be secured firmly as my mum is constantly on the move.

This was a respite stay for my Father. From the stage of the initial enquiry to being shown around, being checked in with Dad, the service was flawless. My main point of contact before and after was the Admin department, who were able to answer every question I had, and really went above and beyond
to ensure that everything ran smoothly. The home itself was clean, comfortable and a welcoming environment. I would not hesitate to use again and also recommend to others. Thanks again.

I remain satisfied with the care my relative receives at Seacroft Grange Care Village.
I am hopeful the involvement of the university research project will identify ways to support and value care staff to aid management with staff retention and further enhance residents' wellbeing.

My husband has been with you for 5 months and has vascular dementia and Alzheimer's and he has been very happy here as the staff are so understanding, kind and helpful to my husband and our family. It is a traumatic time for us all and we are plodding along thanks to your help. We are glad that we can
ask questions and liaise with you as the weeks go along.
We have noticed how other residents are treated with care and dignity and the rooms are continuously kept very clean. My husband enjoys his food too. Thank you to all.

Our mum has been a resident for approx. 14 months. Our experience of Seacroft Grange Care Village has been very positive. A family member visits every day and the care staff are consistently good.
Reception staff are friendly and welcoming. The clerical staff were extremely efficient when we moved
from self-funding and guided us through a difficult time dealing with social services. Activity staff work tirelessly. Cleaners/laundry - great.

The home is bright, clean and a nice environment. Facilities are modern and good. The food appears to be plentiful, varied and good quality. The staff are not over friendly and cannot always be relied on to carry out our wishes and need repeated prompting. Although generally kept clean the room can
be left untidy. Communication not always good with carers. That said a safe and caring environment for my mum.

Very well organised, caring, clean, pleasant and very loving. My mum is settled and so much better than she was 5 years ago. People are concerned and look after the residents exceptionally under very hard circumstances and they are very trustworthy.

My father has been treated with the utmost care, dignity and attention at all times. When asked, my father says he loves it there and all the staff are lovely he even dances with them when they play Frank Sinatra or Glen Miller. It is so sad to see what he has now become with such a cruel disease a
frail old gentleman, however, he is in the best place, he is well cared for has a lovely room and enjoys the best of food. The nurses all say he is a cheeky chappie and they look after him extremely well. I cannot think of a better place in which he should spend his final days.
