After looking at many care homes, nothing matched Pemberley Manor with its warm, friendly staff and modern, well-kept facilities. It offers so much for my uncle to live a happy life in a safe environment. Daily activities and events are held, with families and the community invited. It is a lovely, busy home that keeps him well entertained. The residents' rooms are well-equipped and homely touches can be added. The management team and floor seniors are excellent, always answering any questions. They gladly speak to you whenever you visit or call. The care team, support staff, receptionists, chefs and maintenance man are all lovely and keep everyone well looked after. There is a bright, airy cafe area with complimentary refreshments for visitors. My uncle has lived here for 6 months now and is very happy, which comforts us immensely. Some of my other relatives have already requested I move them there, should the need arise!

Pemberley Manor was recommended too me for my Mum and we were so glad we asked to view, we found the Client Liaison Manager, Lauren and Jade the Home Manager a delight to deal with, nothing seemed too much trouble. When Mum arrived at Pemberley we were a little worried but the staff made the transition very normal and friendly, we are now 1 week in and every member of staff knows my Mums name, she has been made to feel very welcome. From what I have seen from transition from hospital to settling into Pemberley I would 100% recommend this care home to who ever is making the decision for a loved one. As a family we have visited on numerous occasions to ensure she has settled in and we have even met the chef Dave, who has a genuine concern if Mum likes his food. Wonderful Care Home, Wonderful Staff and we know Mum is being looked after and is happy.

My Mother has settled very well at Pemberley. She feels safe, which she no longer did at home and had become isolated. Help is just a button push away I have found all of the staff without exception to be extremely kind attentive and caring to their residents but also to the family as well. They are never too busy to listen and take on board everything that is said. We are kept fully informed of any issues be it health or welfare. Any problems are dealt with very quickly. Everyone greets you with a smile and cheery hello. Mum enjoys the food which is extremely good, and enjoys the variety of activities which are enjoyable and inclusive. She is always clean and tidy as is her room and indeed the whole home. She has made friends. Her whole quality of life has improved greatly. I can't recommend highly enough.
