So pleased this home is where the family decided would be suitable for her. Brilliant.

The staff are lovely and led by an excellent, dedicated, experienced and very approachable manager.

My husband is well looked after and all his needs are met. This is so important.

I feel certain this home is the best fit for my husband and also wouldn't hesitate to recommend this care home..

She has a hospital appointment booked for this week and was upset about it. Staff reassured her about it and eased her mind.

Special thanks go to Kelly, who has been there for my mother since her first day in the home. She has always kept me completely up to date with everything concerning my mother. Thank you to all the other members of staff, too many to mention, from the care workers, the laundry, the kitchen, the cleaners and also the maintenance man, Mark. They have all shown my mother the greatest care, respect and consideration.

My Dad was a resident at Timken Grange for 2 days short of 3 years, before passing peacefully at the home. The home is purpose built, well appointed and maintained. I have huge admiration and respect for the staff at Timken who all played their part in looking after my Dad during his stay. From the friendly welcome of the reception staff, through to the Kitchen and Housekeeping teams, maintenance, the carers - day and night teams, and the home manager, Louise, who always had time to discussion any concerns we had, with action when necessary, reassurance and advice. In the early years my Dad went on visits to museums, Remembrance Parade and was encouraged to participate in the Veterans sessions, which he so enjoyed. A heartfelt thank you for looking after my Dad with kindness and respect.

My father has been a resident at Timken Grange for the last two and a half years.

During that time, I've had the pleasure of getting to know the management and staff, and I can honestly say they are an amazing team. The home itself is beautifully presented, exceptionally clean, and furnished to a very high standard. It always feels welcoming and well cared for.

I spend a lot of time with my father, and whenever we need to discuss anything about his care or simply ask a question, there is always someone available to talk to. As a family, we feel genuinely supported and have complete trust in Timken Grange, knowing that our dad is being cared for with kindness, dignity, and respect.

Over the years we've enjoyed so many wonderful events alongside the staff and residents. From Easter egg hunts, summer fêtes, Christmas dinners, birthday celebrations, Halloween parties and Remembrance Day commemorations, to many other occasions. Every event is thoughtfully planned and brings so much joy.

My relative was very independent and railed against a home, after a few weeks in and out of the home, she had decided to stay. During this time the management and staff went out of their way to make her feel, welcome, happy, safe and loved. Nothing was too much trouble, they did everything they could to help her understand that she needed the security of the home and staff.

I was very pleased with the care kindness and help shown in encouraging my aunt through several respite stays to becoming a permanent resident. All the staff and especially the manager Loiuse were so supportive and patient throughout a trying time.

served hot. Being a visitor over 65 yrs and live alone I get invited to Sunday lunch which I appreciate and look forward to. In short I would become a resident of the Grange in Louise the Manageress's excellent care.

Mum loves music and her sense of rhythm remains strong although she may not be able to join in with all the activities she is encouraged to be close so is included. We as a family have no hesitation in recommending Timken Grange.

Thank you to all concerned, making this transition into a care home for our mother much easier for us.

Mum has been in the care home for over five years and during that time enjoyed outings and taking part in many different activities. Mum was a great cook and one year they helped her make and decorate her own Christmas cake,. She was always treated with kindness and respect. She often teased and had a laugh with the carers and they understood her personality and showed a genuine goodness for her. During the past few months when mum's health started to decline the staff have been supportive and caring, giving regular updates and support when we visited. They made sure she still looked nice and had her nails done, something she was very particular about. During her final days they sat with her when we were not there, chatting away and playing music. Sadly mum died a week ago, again the staff were supportive and kind, and saddened by her death. I would like to thank all the management and carers for making mum's time at the home a happy one.
