We are so proud to have Chris as our Home Manager.

Chris has over 30 years of experience working in the care sector. He has been a Registered Manager, Area Manager, Regional Director, and most recently Head of Quality Assurance. Chris comes with a wealth of experience working with elderly individuals in residential and dementia care, mental health and learning disabilities.

Chris strongly believes in teamwork and ensures that working together is implemented at Lady Jane Court to achieve the delivering of the highest standard and top-class service to the residents at all times.

Jayne is a Deputy Manager at Lady Jane Court.

She has got over 30 years of experience in the health care sector of which 25 years as a deputy manager. Jayne specialises in dementia care and gives her best to our residents every single day.

Jayne is a very joyful and friendly person. She always smiles and uplifts everyone's spirit.

Justyna is our dedicated Client Liaison Manager at Lady Jane Court, bringing warmth, professionalism, and a wealth of experience to her role. Before joining our team, she worked with Avery’s Central Team, gaining valuable knowledge in building client relations and care services offered by the company.
With a background in Health and Social Care from her undergraduate studies and over 10 years of experience in customer service, Justyna is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our residents and their families.
Known for her cheerful and approachable nature, Justyna takes pride in building strong relationships with residents, families and local community. She is always happy to assist with any queries, offering guidance and support.

We are delighted to have Raf as our administrator, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to our team. Having previously worked at Lady Jane Court, Raf took a short break before returning to his role, where he continues to be an invaluable part of our home.
With extensive experience in administration and a deep understanding of the social care sector. His knowledge of our home and its community allows him to provide exceptional support to both staff and residents, making a positive impact every day.

Sam is a Head Chef at Lady Jane Court.

Sam completed a Master's Degree in Pharmacology however, his passion for food took over and he does what he enjoys the most as a full-time job.

Sam has got 13 years of experience working in the hospitality environment in the healthcare sector.

He will always make sure that residents are happy with the food and include resident's favourites on the menu.

David is Maintenance at Lady Jane Court Care Home.

He is always happy to support our residents, families and colleagues with any work that needs to be done. He brings a lot of knowledge and skills as worked in this role for over 30 years.

David is a big football fan and supports his home team, Glasgow Rangers.

We’re thrilled to introduce Sukwinder as our Well-being Coordinator at Lady Jane Court! With a wealth of experience working with people, Sukwinder brings energy, warmth, and creativity to her role, making a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Her specialties include gentle exercises and the joy of laughter yoga, helping to keep our residents active, engaged, and smiling. Sukwinder is also highly experienced in organizing events, ensuring there’s always something exciting happening in our home. Our residents are already looking forward to the wonderful activities she has planned!
