Lady Jane Court Care Home offers residential, respite and dementia care in a purpose-built setting designed for resident comfort and high quality care. Situated southwest of Leicester city centre in Aylestone, residents benefit from convenient access to shops and the pleasant surroundings of leafy suburban streets.

The home features 60 light, airy, spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Each room is furnished to the highest standard, prioritising residents' comfort. Resident interaction nurse call and information systems are integrated into each room, giving peace of mind that care is always on hand. The home also boasts luxurious amenities, including a cinema room, a dedicated hair salon and a therapy suite.

Ensuring residents' comfort is paramount, to help them feel at home, they're encouraged to personalise their space with souvenirs, keepsakes and other trinkets that hold sentimental value. Mum stayed at Lady Jane Court for just over 6 months. It is a wonderful environment and we could relax knowing that she was in a great home and very well looked after. The activity program was wonderful, very well thought out and tailored to the needs of the resident's individual likes and needs. The
staff are all kind, caring and professional. The food is excellent and Lady Jane Court is highly recommended.

A very well-organised and caring establishment. The care and support are really excellent. My wife has been here for 3 months with severe Alzheimers and has been looked after extremely well.

I recently stayed at Lady Jane Court for respite care for a week after my shoulder operation. My room was lovely, but best of all, the staff were wonderful, I am so glad I stayed, I'm now at home, but am doing well. Would like to say hi and thank you to all.

Lady Jane Court has been very welcoming since my nan came in, in November. Everyone makes you feel welcome, and my nans happier than she has been in a long time. The games and activities they do are great and keep the residents active and engaged.

A huge, warm welcome will greet you upon your arrival at Lady Jane, making you instantly feel comfortable and at home. This 5-star care home provides freshly decorated, clean, spacious en-suite bedrooms, a variety of food and drink, thoughtful activities and the most amazing, caring staff cannot do

My father has just returned to his home after spending 4weeks at Lady Jane Court Care Home following a fall. I have to say that I cannot find anything to criticise the care that he has received. The home is brand new and very well appointed with the safety and comfort of residents at the core. The staff
and management give fantastic care to residents. They have kept the family well informed with regard to fathers progress whilst he was receiving repsite care. A big thank you to all at the home and good luck for the future.

Very pleased with what I have witnessed in person. All the carers and all staff including reception, chefs, cleaners, etc are very friendly and always happy to help or answer any questions. I feel secure and comforted that under difficult circumstances my loved one is being looked after well.


The

common areas and the resident's rooms are always very clean and accessible and the facilities and food provided by the ever-lovely chefs are exceptional for a care home.


I always feel very welcome and the caring staff make it easier to leave my loved one here.

From the moment I contacted Lady Jane Court on behalf of my mum, I was very impressed. Communication is very good. The obvious advantage is that it is a brand-new care home and all the facilities are spotless. My wife and I were given an excellent guided tour and Mum moved in at the beginning of February.
From day one, she has been made to feel very welcome and all the staff that we have met have been extremely caring, helpful, friendly and welcoming. As you walk through the entrance, the home has a lovely feel about it and we are very pleased that Mum is in their care.

My mum moved into Lady Jane today. The home has talked us through the moving-in process very effectively and has made the transition very easy. The greeting we received today was wonderful and Mum has immediately felt comfortable. The staff are all lovely. We stayed for lunch and the food was lovely.
The chef really cares about his job. I am sure as Mum settles in, she will be happy at Lady Jane.

The standard of care and level of compassion given to my mother-in-law has been outstanding. Each and every member of staff that has dealt with my mother-in-law has treated her in a compassionate and dignified way. Nothing has been too much for them when delivering care for her. The staff have treated
her as an individual and made adaptations specifically for her needs, be it mobility, meals, medication or physical care needs. The staff have shown the same level of care when dealing with the family too. It's been reassuring for the family to know my mother-in-law is comfortable and well cared for.

Chris has over 30 years of experience working in the care sector. He has been a Registered Manager, Area Manager, Regional Director, and most recently Head of Quality Assurance. Chris comes with a wealth of experience working with elderly individuals in residential and dementia care, mental health and learning disabilities.


Chris strongly believes in teamwork and ensures that working together is implemented at Lady Jane Court to achieve the delivering of the highest standard and top-class service to the residents at all times.

She has got over 30 years of experience in the health care sector of which 25 years as a deputy manager. Jayne specialises in dementia care and gives her best to our residents every single day.

Before joining our team, she worked with Avery’s Central Team, gaining valuable knowledge in building client relations and care services offered by the company.
With a background in Health and Social Care from her undergraduate studies and over 10 years of experience in customer service, Justyna is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our residents and their families.
Known for her cheerful and approachable nature, Justyna takes pride in building strong relationships with residents, families and local community. She is always happy to assist with any queries, offering guidance and support.

Sam completed a Master's Degree in Pharmacology however, his passion for food took over and he does what he enjoys the most as a full-time job.


Sam has got 13 years of experience working in the hospitality environment in the healthcare sector.


He will always make sure that residents are happy with the food and include resident's favourites on the menu.

David is Maintenance at Lady Jane Court Care Home.


He is always happy to support our residents, families and colleagues with any work that needs to be done. He brings a lot of knowledge and skills as worked in this role for over 30 years.


David is a big football fan and supports his home team, Glasgow Rangers.

Sukwinder is also highly experienced in organizing events, ensuring there’s always something exciting happening in our home.
