State-of-the-art facilities include a specialist hydrotherapy pool, exercise studios, and a farmhouse kitchen. My Mother in Law has only been at Broomfield Village Care Home a few months, but she has settled well. The staff are all amazing, and the facilities excellent. My husband and I live in Asia, and we feel very confident with communication from the home and also in the care she is receiving. Highly recommend
considering it for your loved one.

I knew as soon as I looked around Broomfield care village that I felt comfortable it was the right choice for my Mum.

Broomfield Village is the most beautiful care home and the staff are truly exceptional. My mother arrived from a stay in hospital and was "broken". The staff have encouraged her to engage in activities and are slowly putting her back together again. We are always made to feel very welcome when we visit
and nothing is too much trouble.
The staff treat residents with dignity and compassion at all times.
I would recommend Broomfield Village Care Home to anybody wishing to have a loved one cared for to an exceptional standard.

My father received exceptional care and kindness during his time with Broomfield Village. Knowing he was supported by such dedicated, compassionate people brought great comfort to our family and close friends, and we are deeply grateful for everything they did for him.
Their patience, professionalism,
and genuine warmth made a real difference to his daily life. It was clear that he was treated not just as a resident, but as an individual - with dignity, respect especially for what he wanted, and understanding. That meant a great deal to us. Also never having to worry about leaving him knowing he was receiving such high standards of care was a huge weight off our minds.
The food is really good too which was important for him.
We thoroughly recommend Broomfield Village!

This was the most delightful place to put my Aunt. Very warm happy and very caring place for her. She fell in love with the home as soon as we took her to see it. There is so much going on for her to do and the staff , well they are so caring and friendly, you could not wish for a better place to look
after your loved one. Seeing is believing. I could go on and on about how lovely this home is you need to take a look for yourself

The staff have been amazing. My mum is on oxygen and finds getting out of bed difficult, when she needs to get out, they are happy to help. The support they give to the family is brilliant, and being able to join her for a meal is lovely.

We have been so pleased with the care our Gran has received here. She came in really poorly but has been taken care of so well that she is thriving in a way we never expected. Thank you - we are so grateful. Everyone we meet is so friendly to residents and visitors - and it feels more like a 5* hotel

For anyone thinking of this care home for a relative or friend, honestly do not hesitate. My Dad sadly only managed 4 weeks here, but wow what an amazing and special time that was for him and us. Absolutely everything about the place is just beautiful. The staff are incredible, caring and thoughtful
and this extended to our family and friends who visited Dad. They made us feel so welcome, so at home and so comfortable and we were always made to feel part of Broomfield village family. My Dad really got his sparkle back here for his final weeks and that was down to this amazing care home, friendly caring professional staff and the beautiful surroundings and facilities. I had no idea care homes existed like this. Broomfield Village is a very special place, it will always have a place in my heart and I will always be thankful for finding this wonderful home.

Mum has been living at Broomfield Village for 4 months now, and we are very happy that we chose this care home for her. Since moving in her needs have increased, and the staff have adapted to this and cared for her cheerfully and professionally.
I would urge anyone looking for a care home for a loved
one to visit Broomfield Village and see the level of care in action, and see the lovely facilities for themselves.

My mother had always wanted to end her days at her home where she had lived for over 50 years. This played on my mind, and I was very reluctant to consider residential care homes as my experience was limited to media horror stories.
The moment I walked into Broomfield Village, and I met the staff,
I knew we had found the right place. It was the only home we had seen where I knew I would not feel guilty leaving my mother.
The staff made her feel at home, got her into a wheelchair to join group activities and meals and we were able to take her into the garden, things which we could never have done if she had stayed at home. Later when she was unable to get out of bed, the staff would spend time sitting with her. The facilities were fantastic for the residents but also for the families, including young children.
I cannot praise all the staff highly enough, they were all so loving and thoughtful. When it mattered, they were there for my mother but also for my family and me.

My daughter Louise has been in Broomfield Village for only 10days & already I am so happy to see a marked difference in her mood. She is alert & obviously getting better sleep in her beautiful new room which is bright warm & comfortable.
The staff are so welcoming always smiling & helpful to all the
residents. The food is outstanding & looks so appetising.
All Louise's family, are so glad we found BV & we look forward to seeing our beautiful daughter begin to thrive in this special place.

My cousin in law / best friend needed a new home due to her last not meeting her needs.
From the start Mary and her team were amazing. As her Lpa i wanted to find her the perfect new home. I was recommended to Broomfield Village by another residents daughter and I'm so happy I made the call. The staff
are always so warm and friendly, they are engaging and so supportive and welcoming. Bv is another world compared to other homes , they offer a 5 star service. They have so much to offer everyone , it doesn't feel like a care home it feels like a luxury hotel. As a family it's so lovely to see L in beautiful surroundings being so well cared for by amazing staff who really care.
The home is filled with love , kindness , empathy and compassion. Bv truly go above and beyond for there residents, I highly recommend Bv to anyone wanting a loved one or themselves to have a wonderful rest and be well looked after. I am so glad we found you Bv thank you .

First impressions are that the staff are all very welcoming and friendly. They go out of their way to ensure that new residents settle in quickly. The surroundings are lovely and it really doesn't feel like care home at all. The restaurant and catering facilities are excellent. The nursing team treat
residents with dignity and respect. They get to know resident and seem genuinely interested in the person and their life.

My Mum has been resident at the Broomfield Village Care Home for 3 weeks now. The experience has surpassed our greatest hope. It is such a beautifully designed home, with wonderful interior design. Every aspect of our dealings with the car home and staff have been fantastic. All the staff are lovely.
The care my Mum has received has been exemplary. The care home is like a five star hotel. It is a joy to visit my Mum. I can't imagine my Mum staying anywhere else. We feel very fortunate to have found such an exceptional place.

An imposing building, with a spacious entrance hall and reception. On arrival each time the welcome is warm and friendly.
The room my wife occupies is very comfortable and clean, with a fully equiped bathroom. There is ample storeage space for clothes etc. A door leads to a small patio with table and
chairs, and a newly planted garden which is well maintained.
There is a pleasant dining room with menus for lunch & supper changed daily with a "light bites" menu as an alternative. In addion a garden tea room is available.
The carers and other staff are friendly & efficient and ready to meet the various demands with a smile and warm words of comfort.

My mother stayed here for 6 weeks following a fall where she broke her upper arm.


I called the care home after an online search as the hospital were discharging her and I didn't feel confident she could return home on her own.


Following the call, the home sent someone to assess her in hospital

that afternoon and she moved in the next day, the home were extremely swift.


Having not visited the home before arriving with my mother we were both blown away by the wonderful interior design and welcome by the staff.


We were greeted by the head nurse carer whos experience shone through I was very reassured that she was going to be in good hands.


Subsequently this member of staff acted quickly when mum needed to return to a&e where a carer stayed with her the whole time.


The in house Physo helped her to recover. And the in house hair and nails made her feel her best.


The restaurant manager was excellent.


Every member of staff there is wonderful!!

A very good experience all round. Every member of staff always welcoming (most knowing my name), friendly, and very helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I enjoyed the lunches I had with my husband and have made many new friends - both staff and residents.

I experienced from all staff members kindness and generosity. Everyone knew me by name & was very friendly, despite sometimes low staffing levels due to the Care Home's only recent opening. A very lovely atmosphere.

I moved into Broomfield village on the 9th of April 2025, from previous experience of being in hospital/care home settings, I have found this to be a completely new and comforting experience to the extent that I am oversleeping and the care team with their tolerance are having to give me a good shake
to fully awake me.
This is positive, as I have previously had difficulty sleeping. This is the first time for years that I have actually slept well. The maintenance and housekeeping team deserve credit for all they did to create the comfort, the care team for supporting my sleep, the support bed is second to none.
