Orchard House Supported Living provides support for people transitioning from hospital back into the community, as they recover from severe or enduring mental health problems.
Residents are supported to regain confidence and independent living skills to prepare them as they move back into the community.
Orchard House can provide accommodation and care for five individuals of the same gender.
