Pranam Care Centre

As always the care provided for my father is dedicated, trustworthy and consistent. My father is in a safe place and continues to be monitored properly. His eating is regular and blood sugar monitored I am updated constantly by all the team on my father's wellbeing. Manager - since my father arrived at the care home Janice has been a tower of strength and guidance to myself.

I am extremely happy with the care and support being given to my aunt, who has resided here for well over a year. She enjoys the food and the activities that take place, such as the BBQ the other week. She also feels very safe here, which is excellent as she used to feel very vulnerable when being cared for at home. Her mental capacity has improved as well.

When my aunt returned from the temple, she looked very happy and blessed.

I would recommend the care home to anyne who was have to come out of hospital and had no close relatives or friends able to take care of me. I consider I have been very lucky in coming to the home and thank them for all the care and help that they have given to me while I have been here and hope I can continue to stay for a lot longer and have their help.

In this care home they really take care of your wishes and desires. And the staff are very helpful.

Nice and clean place, staffs are very friendly and helpful , i asked one of the carer about their experience in this care home she was working since 4 years , she said this is the best job place environment where she can work peacefully.they are looking after old age people very well

I visited my grandmother here and was so happy with how well she looked. The staff were kind, caring, and friendly. The food was good, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the care was excellent. The manager was helpful and supportive. I felt reassured knowing my grandmother is safe and happy here. Highly recommended.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding care provided to my uncle at Pranam Care Home. From the moment we interacted with the team, it was clear that the staff is deeply committed to providing compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care.

The carers are incredibly attentive, patient, and professional. They treat residents with dignity and kindness, ensuring that their individual needs are always met. It is reassuring to see how much effort the team puts into creating a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for everyone in their care.

Communication with families is also excellent. The staff keep relatives informed and are always approachable, which brings great peace of mind knowing that loved ones are in such capable hands.

The home itself is clean, welcoming, and well managed, and it is evident that the well-being and happiness of residents is a top priority.

Mum has been in Pranam for the past 4-and-a-half years. Mum had dementia and could no longer walk or talk. Every time I visited her she was always clean and well kept. Her room was spotless. All the carers were always smiling and easy to talk to. They always spoke to Mum when they came into her room. The food always looked nice. I have never had any problems with Mum's care. Sadly Mum passed away, manager and staff could not have been more supportive at this sad time.

I am all right here. I like it here.

My parent feels very comfortable and content. The staff are always willing to help, and are tolerant to my parent's mood swings.

I visited Pranam Care Centre on the 21st and 22nd of October. I was not expected. I found my cousin to be happy and feeling very much at home. Her clothes were immaculate and her hair was carefully attended to. There was an aura of friendliness about the home and I came away assured that my cousin was in good hands.

My ex-husband has lived in the Care home for over 2 years now. I am very pleased with the care he is receiving. The environment is very clean including his room. His clothes are always washed, ironed and nicely hung in his wardrobe. The staff are very friendly and always act quickly to any health concerns by contacting the GP or calling the Ambulance and am always contacted in such circumstances and regularly updated. He is supported to attend all hospital appointments. He is very happy living in the care home and this gives me peace of mind too. Well done to a very committed team.
