Thank you for your comments they enable us to improve our service. We are sorry to learn that your recent experience in the home was disappointing. At certain times during the day, our coffee machines undergo cleaning and replenishing, therefore, rendering them unusable for a short time. Our home receives quite a high volume of visitors and the cups and facilities are in constant demand. Please report any problems to a member of staff who are always happy to help.

Hi, my name is Mark and I am the Head Chef here at The Hawthorns. I have been with the company for two and a half years, since joining in December 2022.
I have been a chef for 15 years, working mainly in the restaurant industry, then beginning my career in care in 2017. My favourite thing about being a chef is that it allows me to be creative, and to create a positive dining experience for our residents.
I would describe myself as approachable, accommodating and hard-working.
In my spare time, I enjoy playing the guitar, trying new restaurants and travelling.
