We are a well-established, highly-reputable care management and turnaround specialist which provides comprehensive audit, mentoring, operational and financial management services to the care home sector.

Operating throughout the UK and expanding rapidly, we are currently seeking experienced, high calibre care professionals to take up short and longer-term assignments as part of our growing consultant and management team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking, quality-focused organisation, which has a proven history in successfully supporting operators and managers with the increasing and ever-evolving challenges which the care home industry presents.

Applicants will be experienced and highly competent care professionals with demonstrative skills in successfully managing care homes, either at Registered or Area/Regional management level, and a proven ability to provide a service which meets all CQC/CSSIW/Care Inspectorate regulatory requirements to a high standard. Exceptional leadership and people management skills are essential, as are an excellent knowledge of up-to-date care legislation and a proven ability to adapt effectively to different challenges and situations as required.

We would also be interested in hearing from Registered Nurses with proven management experience in the care home sector, as well from experienced care professionals with significant experience of working in care compliance roles, be it internally for larger care home groups, or externally on behalf of regulatory governing bodies.

Prospective candidates should note that work offered will initially be on an ad hoc basis and could be located anywhere in the UK, although every effort will be made to “position” assignments locally. Similarly, length of contracts will also vary significantly (from one day to 18 months).  As such, these opportunities would only suit candidates who can offer a high degree of flexibility and who do not necessarily require full-time, permanent employment at this time.

Pay rates are negotiable and contract-specific depending on the nature/length of each assignment, however, successful candidates should expect to earn between £150 and £250 per day. All expenses (travel & accommodation/subsistence) will also be met as standard.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Registered Manager's Award(or equivalent)
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Registered and/or Regional/Area Management experience
  • Care home troubleshooting / turnaround experience preferred
