Working hours to be Monday 3.30pm-6pm, Tuesday 3pm-8.30pm and Wednesday 6-8pm.

We are looking for an experienced Youth Worker to help deliver an existing inclusive youth club in Kendal, encouraging self-confidence, personal growth and independence through social interaction and participation in a wide range of activities. 

The role will include monitoring and evaluating the work of the project, assisting in conducting referrals with families.  To assist in developing the Youth Clubs within the Youth Ability project; strengthen roles in communities by liaising with other local voluntary groups and provide a wide range of publicity.
