The role of Care Assistant requires the employee to be able to deliver the highest possible levels of care by:
* Supporting residents in all aspects of daily living including physical, social, emotional and spiritual
* Providing support when needed, whilst ensuring residents retain choice, comfort, dignity and maximum independence.

We can train you how to be a Care Assistant but you need to be caring, compassionate and have the commitment to have a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
