Bandrum Nursing Home Care Assistant
Bandrum Nursing Home, one of the biggest, privately owned Nursing Homes in Scotland, provides specialist adult care and care for the elderly, with 24 hour full-time nursing care in our beautiful purpose built home, set in 19 acres of land. With 85 beds over two homes in the same complex, we have 6 units providing care for residents with a range of support needs.

We currently have a new position available in our team, working nights or days. These new posts will complement the current team of Carers.
We are looking for people with experience and, candidates are required to have a kind and caring approach. The role involves assisting with the care or residents and attending to all aspects of their care needs (e.g. physical, emotional and spiritual).
Working as part of a team in a busy Care Home environment, the successful candidate will achieve the required standards whilst also ensuring residents retain their dignity and individuality by focusing on person-centred care.
Bandrum realises the importance of recruiting and retaining the highest calibre of staff and therefore provide a comprehensive orientation training program with the option of completing SVQ 2 training in Health and Social Care on site.
There is an ongoing commitment to learning and development with a rolling program to support professional and personal development.
